Your Place in the Divine Pattern

Deep listening. Following the sound of the inner voice. Learning to discern your inner guidance as uplifting, nurturing, kind and soothing. We practice listening to our breath, recognizing the breath can bring us to center and balance. The Divine Pattern is outworking all around us at all times. We can learn to find our place in the pattern by using our imagination at first in the inner realms. As we loosen old ways of looking outside of ourselves for wisdom and truth, we begin to find the inner truth can take many forms: color and light, sound and depth, feelings of certain clarity. We must take the time to be still, breathe and release our personality-level ideas of what should be. Find the inner knowingness by allowing. It takes practice. This type of meditation that leads you deep into your own beingness is the key to finding the sound of the pure tone of truth within.

Aloha, and welcome to Miriam's meditations. or perhaps even an orchestra. If you think of an orchestral arrangement, playing a wonderfully complex, beautiful piece of music. And as the music builds to a crescendo, all of the instruments playing in concert, many violins, many trumpets, many different varieties of instruments. But somewhere in the back of the orchestra, there is a single musician with a single triangle. And as the music builds, it is their job to ring that bell, once. Imagine that pure high tone coming out over the whole of the orchestral sound. And now imagine if that bell were not there, there would be a single distinct accent, that would be missing a completion of the beautiful music that would not take place. So now imagine that you are that musician with the bell, or maybe your the bell itself. And you find your place in the divine pattern somehow. And you are that singular note? What if you were not in your alignment, in the sound of the bell was not heard, the pattern would be incomplete. So we may all think of ourselves as this singular musician, with the triangle, and the one pure tone because that's how valuable and essential we all are, to the divine plan to the Divine pattern that unfolds always as we close our eyes and go deep within and listen for the sound of our breath we start with ourselves we listen for the sound of the breath coming into the body the breathing flowing in and the breathing flowing out now as you breathe in this time You need to not make as loud a sound as I am making my own doing that so you can hear me breathe as we all breathe in together and now this time open your mouth and make a sound again breathing in open your mouth and make a sound once more breathing in an open your mouth and make a sound sound that your voice makes. As you are simply breathing out and opening your throat is a kind of primal note, that is your sound. You could even say that it might be the beginning of your divine voice. Because you are not attempting to make a particular sound you are allowing your body to make the sound that it wants to make. Now you listen for that sound. Now if before we move further, I'd like us to do a little stretching and opening of the back body. It's easy to forget about the back body as we toss all sorts of unmanaged and unknown things back there. But as you begin your breath practice, it's very important to have the back body be open and fluid as the front. So to begin to do that, the first thing I'd like you to do is sit nice and tall so your chest is somewhat lifted. And then as you exhale, drop your chin towards your chest and stretch out the back of your neck, just the back of your neck. Keep your spine tall. Now breathe into the back of the neck as though there is a doorway of light there. And that the breath can enter into the back of the neck easily and fluidly. Breathing in and breathing out of that spaciousness at the back of the neck. Now your chin is still towards your chest as you breathe in. And as you exhale, keep the chin toward the chest and allow the spine to really round down, exposing the spine, drawing the shoulder blades apart so that the shoulder blades sort of the shoulders sort of come in and the front squeezing a little bit you notice that open your shoulder blades in the back. As you breathe in, relax that movement, just breathing and staying in your rounded position. And as you exhale again, see if you can round a little further and open the shoulder blades apart away from each other stretching those muscles in the back of the body. Move really open. Then I will do one more breath here. See if you can round just a little bit further. You might not be getting a very big breath and that's okay. I just want to see how much we can open and loosen the back of the body. Now on your next inhalation, lift your chin, lift your chest straighten your spine, draw your crown of your head toward the sky. And just relax and breathe here. Roll your head around from one shoulder to the other in a big, smooth, easy circle. Just smoothly rolling your head around. Remembering to breathe. When you get your chin towards your chest. The next time go back in the other direction. Rolling your head around And with your imagination just draw the breath into this gateway of light for a few cycles of breath While you're breathing here, allow your guidance or your guide if you working with a guide could to come into your awareness for it is in this opening of light the back of the body that our guide is able to access us. We are not overtaken by a guide we are assisted. A guide will only speak to you in the very highest and purest of frequencies with a loving and generous tone, encouraging you reassuring you This is how you know that it is truly a guide or guidance from your own inner being. And it is okay if you cannot quite tell the difference between your own Higher Self and a guide. When I first began listening deeply in this way, my guides told me to just listen for one voice. It's not all that important in the beginning. To make these kinds of subtle discernments we are simply listening for deep inner wisdom there is guidance for all of us at any time. All right, take the first two fingers of your right hand and touch the third eye. Breathe into the third eye while the fingers remain stationary. Drawing the breath in as a spiraling inner knee deep into the head. And then as you exhale, allow that breath to flow out at the Third Eye once more breathing in a third eye spiraling in cleansing and clearing this lens of perception and exhaling out the third eye. Now we'll draw our 36 spirals upon the third eye and see if you can breathe in and out of the third eye while we're doing this. Breathe into your heart. Allow the breath to flow up, illuminating the mind with the hearts wisdom and then exhaling as you release back down into the sweetness of the heart. Breathe in at the heart. The breath rises, lifting into the mind and exhaling back down into the heart. Once more breathing and at the heart. Lifting blending exhaling into the heart, heart and mind are wedded and a spiritual union Breathe in and out of the heart, just gently at your own pace. Surrendering the mind of the hearts wisdom. We recognize the brilliance and beauty of the heart. The wisdom of the heart. Left hand drops to your lap right hand remains at the third eye. alternate nostril breathing. Inhale through both sides of your nose and exhale through both sides of your nose. Use your thumb to close off your right nostril and breathe and the left side only. Close off with your fingers. Lift up your son, Breathe out. Breathe in, say clothes off, lift up your fingers, Breathe out. Breathe and say. Close off, lift up your thumb Breathe out. Breathe insane. Let your hand drops your lap and breathe out both right and left hemispheres of the brain are now aligned and whole. This breadth is wonderful to do anytime you feel a little scattered or unsteady. You'd like to bring yourself back to center. All right, let's open our eyes and begin tapping on the breathing space. Listen to the sound of the tapping on the breathing space. This is another primal sound that your body makes. Just like a sacred drum. That is your body and you are making these sounds with your fingertips. Not Pat along the bottom of your ribcage. A different sound listening. Tap on your upper back with your fingertips if you can reach there. All right, bring your fingertips back to your upper chest. I will do lung cell stimulating breaths. Now as you are breathing in tapping, tapping, tapping padding as you retain the breath. Padding, padding all over the breathing space. Now exhale. Good. One more time. Breathing in through tapping, tapping as you're breathing in padding as you retain the breath padding all over the breathing space and exhale as you release. An exhale three short puffs. And press palms up for a cleansing breath. Breathe in. Three short buffs. Eyes closed, palms rest in your lap. Cleansing Breath is one inhalation in and one exhalation out but the exhalation is broken into three short puffs. So be mindful that you're not inhaling between each of the puffs. It's one inhale, exhale, puff puff puff. It's all one breath. All right. Retained breath in the retain breath. We breathe in a full and complete perhaps let me pause at the top and gently Retain the breath and stretch and open. And while we are doing this, we are recognizing the beautiful nourishment of the breath. Not just the oxygen with the prana or chi life vitality. All right, exhale all the air and you're lungs to prepare. Inhale a full and complete breath rising to the top. Pause with the retain breath and stretch and open, maybe stretch those shoulder blades apart like we were doing at the beginning of the class. An open your mouth and released. Really exhale everything out, draw your belly and breathe in again. Pause and gently stretch and open around the breath, recognizing the sweet, delicious nourishment of the breath. And when you're ready, open your mouth and exhale. You can make a sound or not. Eyes open, palms up. One cleansing breath breathing. Exhale just like blowing out birthday candles. Alright, eyes closed. We'll do one minor Yogi exercise. Inhale a full and complete breath. And while you're inhaling, arc your arms into a prayer pose above your head palms together. I am whole and perfect. Even as my mother father God is whole and perfect within me. And exhale is your arm strapped down to your lap. Now just recognize your breath. Relax your shoulders. Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth and let your jaw be soft. Let your eyes be soft and your ears be soft gently flowing, see where the breath is now. noticing any changes from when we began our practice recognize again that your guidance is with you. And through our accumulated practice, recognize you can be breathing as your Divine Self, your expanded vast being that is the truth of who you are. Yourself expand into this knowing of your Divine Self known as your back body again, especially if you are sitting in a chair or something that is pressing upon your back. See if within your next inhalation, you can expand the back body so that the ribs begin to learn how to move in your back our reabsorb attached to the spine and the sternum with cartilage which is the same substance as your ears and your ears. If I were to guess or waggly material soft. Imagine that the attachments of the bony rib to the bony spine is just as soft and pliable as your ears or your nose. And with each inhalation, extend and expand your back body length in the back of your neck if you need to by dropping your chin just a little bit toward your chest as you inhale and as you exhale, see if you can keep that lengthen the neck by extending the crown of the head or the heavens. Now when you're next inhalation, release the images of the physical body and release yourself into your expanded aura or body of light. The beautiful illuminated energy that is your energy all around you a huge field of light node is particularly the back section of your body of life. And what energy is present there and how it may perhaps be different than the energy in front of you, or on either side can be great wisdom in recognizing that which is behind you, perhaps a memory from the past, but maybe simply things that have not made her wait for your full awareness as of yet. Something that is incipient, freshly coming, just being born an idea, a new project, some new facet of your purpose with each breaths, imagine this area of your being is becoming lighter, more filled with beauty and frequencies of harmony. Inspiration imagine from this place, you become fully and beautifully aligned as your divine self with the divine plan, or pattern just imagine what that might be like. How would it feel to fully know your place in the divine pattern, that you have that singular triangle in your hand and you were anticipating listening for the orchestra ready to bring your note high and pure out across the tops of all of the heads of the other musicians to the very back of the music hall where perhaps someone has been waiting to hear his singular beautiful tone for it stirs something within them. And they're called into their perfect harmony in the divine pattern. Notice that the pattern is above you and below you, it's all around you. It filters through you and all of the beautiful sequences and frequencies and patterns that are within your body of light are perfectly aligned. As you slot yourself in to the pattern where you belong is a homecoming of sorts. It fills you and expands you all at once. For when you have found from this place of energy first before any expressions or even thought forms, you are simply feeling your way along to your place in the pattern. And noticing what comes back to you is refreshing is energizing is opening is so pointedly beautiful. So that even though it requires a sweet surrender, to find your place in the pattern, you are not submitting to some unknown authority. You're surrendering your doubts and fears and the unknowns for place your voice in the choir your sweet instrument of your life purpose, your experiences all of these beautiful patterns and frequencies that we are cultivating through our birth practice and through these beautiful meditations when we come all together witness the beauty of finding your place in the energies where your beautiful patterns your specificity of being is perfectly aligned, expansive, interconnected to the nth degree, all around you in this dimension, in other dimensions, beyond and beyond, out of time, recognize the timelessness of finding these energies and your exquisite purpose. Now breathe. Breathe is your Divine Self Aligned with perfection with the divine outworking the divine pattern that is all around you and recognize the natural world is also here in this divinity in this pattern of light and brilliance. And that which we see as expressing as the divine in the natural world. The natural world to has an inner realm has an energy frequencies has luscious, beautiful patterns. That springs to life as the world as we know it. We all are participants on many levels in this world of interbeing. And as you practice your existence here and have these experiences when you fully arrive, you begin to recognize that you are this body of light, it interpenetrates with your ordinary consciousness, your everyday life. And indeed there is no division and never has been. It has simply been rather convenient for us to think of it that way. And as you begin to breathe is your Divine Self more and more in your daily life. You stitch these realms together with your attention, experiences and consciousness. And then you carry on, you carry forth. When you become a beacon for others who are witnessing these pure frequencies of harmony, and brilliance and clarity, and beauty and peace and love. These become your dominant frequencies you become your Divine Self and the pattern with your exquisite purpose within it. You become magnetic to others who are seeking this same information and verification for everyone in their secret heart of hearts, hopes and dreams that this world is possible where we are all slotted into our place in the divine plan. And the pattern is outworking like the orchestra or a beautiful mandala of light on the inner planes and the outer world is its expression. Now begin to imagine yourself in your everyday life expressing as your Divine Self and how beautiful that will be. What joy there is recognize your guidance in this moment. Your God is speaking with you as your Divine Self and those voices blend in harmony that may not take the form of words but simply be a beautiful feeling. knowingness an ease and flow and a natural knowingness of what is next and next and next follow yourself a few breaths have your own experiences. Even as you are witnessing and experiencing the world with your Divine Self does not mean your spiritual path is free of obstacles, challenges and difficulties. For this is the way of this world. The Divine Self however, allows you to remain present in the specious present with what is happening for you. It allows you to stay stable in unsettled times. still be able to find that ring of truth in a complex situation and to rest in the knowingness that no matter what is happening in the outer world, that you can remember to receive your guidance that you will be shown the way through it will lead to your highest good to your place in the pattern and to the outworking of your purpose. As all of our plans, and patterns and purpose, unite into one huge pattern of light. There's the outworking for the highest and best for all of humanity. We're cleansing away of the darkness, the lifting up into the light, the healing of the hearts the healing with the earth and New Dawn is arising and through these frequencies. We are the witnesses. So let yourself imagine the most beautiful, loving peaceful world. In your own community, in your family, perhaps with one other individual with whom you have had some difficulty, send that person this peace and love as best you can and then to your own breathing body. This beautiful patterning of the Divine Self infuses each and every cell down to the molecular atomic fractal level quantum space with this brilliant light so if there is a portion of your physical body that would like some additional energy or healing or light allow yourself to breathe now into that part of your body. And as you breathe out, allow the energy to circulate freely throughout the body. And if you have a need to release anything on your next inhalation and exhalation, simply let it go. Anything that is ready to be released in this moment with ease and a kind of neutrality, acceptance, release and surrender. So now we're all the way back to our bodies. Let your heart become once again, prominent in your consciousness, the sweetness of the heart, as it gently received the energy of the mind becoming the center of your being. Breathe gently in and out of the heart. Now you may bring your palms together at your heart and gratitude for this practice for our guidance for each other for the high blessing of having a spiritual practice in this lifetime, May we all be beacons of light and hope and wellbeing for all we encounter.
