We have been practicing connecting with our Divine Self, breathing as the Divine Self, being the Divine Self. This episode brings all these together in the light of being, where we are our most open to the true nature of who we are. We find this light easily now, breathing and circulating this vitality throughout all the layers of our being. We use these precious moments of breath and peace to share our light with those we love, with our projects or anyone that need healing and light. We find the true nature and power of love as we witness the beingness of the Divine Self.

Welcome to Mariam's meditations. on behalf of all of us really, and wisdom that is our own wisdom. Because we are listening The breath is so precious is with us in every moment. Awake, asleep, laughing dancing, reading, cooking, loving breath. So while we are here and are just beginning, listen to your breath, and how it feels in this moment. Just taking stock for a moment. Many times when we first stop and listen to the breath, there is an urge to have a very big breath or to change the breath in some way. Perhaps that is because when we are very busy and moving about, our breath can get a little too rapid or unconscious. We don't have to be conscious of the breath in order for it to nourish the body and fuel all of ourselves but when we do pay attention to the breath, it responds. The breath is a living entity might be responds with life and vitality. And it says though the breath is very pleased that we have taken a moment to notice it is there. So while you're breathing, just notice it is there. The oxygen and all of the other gases all of the air flows into the nostrils cool and dry and out again warm and moist. And as we have spoken many times in the nostrils there are fleshy mounds called turbulence that spin the air as it flows in and out of the body. So it is not some straight line in and a straight line out. But this curving beautiful wave of air that is unique to you. Your breath pattern is your own. Writing along those waves of oxygen is Prana life vitality, also known as chi, or Qi. So as you're breathing now imagine that you can sense this life vitality flowing in. It is also known as the breath was Send the breath and surrender to this life vitality imagine as it flows in, it reaches every cell in your body flowing in and circulating. Even as your blood circulates throughout your body, it carries the oxygen throughout the body to nourish the tissues. And it also there are energy pathways that carry this prana throughout your physical being. So with each breath this prana is nourishing you whether you recognize it or not, but it does bring a more full response from the body when you are recognizing the breath. So exhale all of the air in your lungs right now. And we will all breathe in together breathe in. Pause and breathe out just to realize full complete exhalation. Now I'm making additional sound with my breath so that you can hear me but your breath can be completely silent it is not necessary to make a sound. Breathe and again pause at the top and relax and let all of the breath go. You can open your mouth if that feels nice and comfortable. Really exhale draw your abdomen in until you have fully emptied the breath. One more time breathing in together pause exhale the breath now becomes quiet and as we have done those deeper inhalations and exhalations, you may begin to feel a tingling throughout your body. This is the prana This is his way of announcing to you its presence so that you can literally feel this life vitality, flowing through your body. Through all of the sheets of the body, the physical body, emotional body, mental body, and the spiritual body are all nourished by the breath. Now, pick the first two fingers of your right hand and touch your third eye. Just gently place the fingertips on the third eye. Now breathe in at the third eye as though the breath draws directly into your forehead. And then breathe out the third eye. You may notice that there is a spiraling to the synergy as it breathes into the third eye. Breathe in again. And breathe out. That spiraling allows the prana to reach deep into the energy body of the mental body. Now we are going to draw circles spirals upon the third eye with the fingertips. Joe in toward the left shoulder, down to the forehead to the right shoulder and up. That's one. Left shoulder down, around and up. That's to keep going 345 678-910-1112 1314 1516 1718 1920 2120 220-325-2620 720-829-3031 30 230-334-3536 Pause. Breathe in at your third eye exhale your third eye. Now right hand remain stationary. Place your left hand upon your heart. We will do heart mind uniting breaths. Breathe in your third eye. Exhale into your heart. Just let the breath drop into the heart from the mind directly down. Breathe in again at the third eye, draw the breath deeply into the head into the mind. And exhale straight down into your heart. Forming a pathway of energy between mind and heart. Once again, breathe in as the third eye, collecting the energy there. And exhaling that energy into the sweetness of the heart, heart and mind began to blend. Now breathe in his heart. Allow the breath to rise, lifting into the mind illuminating the mind and exhaling that blended breath back down into the heart. Once more breathing in at the heart, lifting, blending and exhaling back down into his heart. One more time breathe in as a heart. Allow that wisdom of the heart to lift into the mind, illuminating the line and then releasing that blended breath back down into the sweetness of the heart. Heart and Mind are wedded in a spiritual union. Now let your left hand drop to your lap right hand remains stationary. alternate nostril breathing so for the first breath we breathe in through both sides of the nose and exhale out both sides of the nose. Now close off your right nostril with your thumb breathe and the left side only close off with your fingers lift up your son breathe out breathe in same side close off with yourself lift up your fingers breathe out pretty then saying clothes off out other breeders say pulls off out other insane out other insane out other insane our other insane let your hand drop to your lap and breathe out both. Just pause for a moment. Breathing in and breathing out and easy peaceful breath tore it open your eyes. begin tapping on your breathing space. Just tapping and breathing. upper chest, upper back if you can reach lower ribs. Everywhere you can reach this is stimulate the cells of the lungs stimulating the locks. Alright, pause will do lung cell stimulating breath. Fingertips on your upper chest. Inhale tapping, tapping, tapping padding as you retain the Breath. Retain the breath and pet vigorous exhale and let it go. into your tapping, tapping, tapping tapping all over the breathing space tapping padding is you retain the breath padding. Padding, padding. Exhale letting go. Our palms up eyes open for a cleansing breath. Breathe in and blow out three short puffs. Again, breathe in to exhale completely. Alright, close your eyes. Place the palms of your hands on either side of your lower ribs. somes can be back if your hands will do that, or the thumbs can be alongside your palms if that's the more comfortable place. Ribs stretching breath. Exhale all the air in your lungs to prepare. Now breathe in a full and complete breath. Notice your ribs stretching open under your hands. And then now as you exhale, press your palms in and move your ribs. Again, breathe in. Notice your ribs moving under your hands and exhale. Once again pressing, using your hands to really move your ribcage. Alright, right, palms up again for a cleansing breaths, eyes open. Breathe in. Exhale, three short puffs. Again, breathe in and cleanse eyes closed. Pause, breathing. Noticing My breath is clearing becoming signer. My sinuses are more open. My ribs are beginning to stretch and move more fluidly as I practice regularly. All right, to retain two breaths, one cleansing. exhale all the air in your lungs. Now breathe in a full and complete breath rising to the top. Once you're at the top, pause and Retain the breath and stretch an open around the breath. Stretch your shoulder blades squeeze them together and now open your mouth wide and let it go. Really empty of the breath. Again, breathing in rising to the top. Pause. Roll your head around. squeeze your shoulder blades together. Stretch and open around that retained breaths now open your mouth wide and exhale eyes open for a cleansing breath breathe in three short puffs. The three short puffs are one exhalation. You're just breaking that into three parts. You want to fully exhale. And while you're doing the Cleansing Breath imagine that everything that's been released from your breath practice is being cleansed and cleared out of the body on the breath. One minor Yogi exercise inhale and while you inhale, arc your arms into a prayer pose above your head, palms pressed together. From the center of my being out and out and out. I call forth my most perfect blueprint of being an exhale as your arms dropped down to your lap. Now notice the place to which the breath is carried you. Let yourself expand into your energy body of light. calling forth your Divine Self. We have been practicing and opening and making space in our ordinary consciousness for clear and clean awareness of our divine self. Our expanded vast consciousness the purity of our being is readily at hand in any moment. And when we cultivate this deep listening, our awareness of our divine self grows and the tours it becomes easier and easier to discern when we are hearing the voice of our ordinary consciousness. Our day to day mind It busyness not a bad thing, just our everyday consciousness. It's a lovely thing. It's our personality, it's who we are. And then this is also who we are. This expanded beauty, vast, you're all knowing, consciousness of the Divine Self. And the Divine Self is aligned with the divine energy of all of creation. It is effortlessly shall. And when we spend some of our precious time listening and communing and exploring our divine nature so many wonderful possibilities are open now to us. We are our wiser self we are our most compassionate self. We are our loving self, expansive love, powerful love, penetrating love, the kind of love that is like water through stone. Going to places you could never imagine that it could be yes, it is indeed, who we truly are. This divine presence, having a human experience, then when we begin to realize there are no separations. We walk forth into our personality realm, fresh and cleanse whole, open, wise, loving president we are creating the new Earth from this expanded realm which in many ways is our true home. We connect with this divine knowingness and we may ask for assistance. Let's do that. Now. All of this here in our divine resonance, we have created an enormous field of beautiful energy, light and presence. Our divine selves are communicating freely and opening flows of pristine light. And when we join in this fashion, all is possible. Solutions arise blessings flow is there something that is in your heart that you would like? Some sort of answer about guidance on vitality flowing. It might be a relationship, a project a family member or a loved one who needs grace or healing? We're wholeness from this deep place, in your being joined with all of the others who are joining with their greatness, their openness, their connection to divinity that power that spiritual true spiritual power flows without impediment for you to whatever it is that you would focus upon. Do this now if you choose recognize that each person you know, has also a divine inner being a divine self. And sometimes, when we cannot find communication in our earth plane personality realm, we can reach for our divine self, and asked to be connected to their divine self, and allow the sacred oily conversation of energy and tone, light and being, presence and love to heal and uplift wheels into a new pattern of light, that which had broken in the old patterns for the old is rapidly falling away, we can see it all around. But lift your eyes from these broken pieces for a moment and recognize that what has broken or what has fallen away is just shards of energy and what is present that was straining to be born, opening and rising, shaking off all of those calcified plates of old habit, an old energy is something beautiful, something so brilliant shine. It takes your breath away. Witness that brilliance now. For as we come together and communicate in these energies with all of you and you communicate energetic and with each other. There is no limit to what can be accomplished. And the light that presents the beauty that is abounding, the vitality that is inherent and always present cannot be denied any longer. It is here it is here now. And we bear witness to the seed that is thrown off the hard protective covering and is now a tender shoot. Sending a route into the energies and a stem for the light and a blossom. Witness these beautiful patterns are all around us. Through us. We So remember this. Remember how this feels. Take it with you. And recognize everywhere in your life where there are seeds that are cracking open with his new dawn. The new energy there are many, many, many just like you who knows something is afoot. Something new is here. Recognize how fortunate you are to have a spiritual practice. Send your love and care to all of those who are reaching upward toward the light and have not yet found their spiritual practice. Reassure them with your light. That it is all real. It is all truth it is all here now. look each other in the eye and say I see it too. I know it Our Holy Breath, our sacred companion, on this journey of being a spiritual, divine being, having a human experience, our breath is that conduit between the divine realm and the earthly realm. So, any moment, you may tune in, by simply recognizing your breath, get it is with you. It is near to you, what sustains you and nourishes you. Let's take a moment to recognize all of us who are gathered here in this moment. And all those who are to come, who will be listening to this, these sacred words and feeling these flows of energy sometime in the future that we can gather them in and recognize them in this place of no time and all time. Be welcoming, be open, be soft, there is nothing to be gained by hardening your heart or protecting with a shell be permeable to life All right, call yourself back to your breathing body, recognizing your place and wherever you are. our ordinary self, and recognizing the light that is me and in that place we are one Namaste.
