A light-hearted jaunt into the higher energies just for the fun of it. We sometimes think we need to be so purposeful and serious, especially about our spiritual journey. But doing these wonderful playful meditations without aim, not like it’s work but as a fun thing to do, this is valuable and valid in it’s own right. It is in the play and the just looking about to see what it there that we can find just the right pivot to just the thing we were needing. We often cannot see what is next when we fight too hard for it. Sometimes we just need to let go and play.

Welcome to Miriam's meditations. So pleased that you're here in this time and place wherever you may be listening. Thank you so much for joining us. And being part of this exploration of consciousness so here in the beginning, I invite you to begin to notice your breaths. Just noticing how your breathing body feels in this moment. Recognize if your breath has been a little rapid as you moved into a moment of sitting for meditation and just allow it to quiet naturally. Sometimes when we first begin to pay attention to the breath, in the moment, our breath gets a little off or feels almost like we forgotten to breathe. And that passes very quickly. We are accustomed to most of the day and night do not have to pay attention to our breath, which is a blessing because we need the breath to be continuous every moment of our lives. But we can also think about the breaths which is what we do here in our practice. So just keep watching your breath. Noticing the cool dry air flowing in your along your nostrils. And notice how the breath is warm and moist as it goes back out again. flowing in cool and dry. flowing out warm and moist let yourself draw all of your attention in the interior of your body. Watching your lungs expand with the breath. Noticing your ribcage moving and expanding and then releasing out the shoulders drop naturally away from the ears elongating the back of the neck now I am making sound with my breath so you can hear me but your breath might be very very quiet. So a nice thing to do is to see how quiet the breath can be. And if you'd like to practice any of the techniques that we have been learning for example, squeezing the thumbs as you draw the breath in, which causes the kind of concentration of the breath relaxing the hands as the best goes out. Do a few rounds of that. Notice the changes that it brings to the breath. There's a concentration of the breath but also a focusing of the mind rather effortlessly as you make this small squeeze with the fingers around the thumb gives me a nice deep inhalation and slows the breath which is also very nice. Swallow once, allow your throat to relax let your tongue fall away from the roof of your mouth and let your jaw relax. Might even open and close your jaw a few times or waggle it from side to side and see if you can get those powerful jaw muscles to unclench and soften while your next inhalation. Imagine that your breath is able to make those jaw muscles very, very slow. Like that is soft, inhalation relaxing the powerful jumps Notice your exhalation now and draw your abdomen in as the breast empties. So, you get a nice complete exhalation all the way to the bottom let your infilling of the breasts arise naturally and exhaling again draw the abdomen in nearly empty of the breath and pause for just a moment at the bottom of the breath also known as the winter, that empty quiet place where nature rests. And then letting the infilling come whenever it feels right for you. Breathing in finer and finer the breaths you begin to notice the breath within the breath that pure vitality, lifeforce prana flows in upon the breaths. And when you draw your next breath in with this lively Parana lifeforce energy flowing in along it is an energy stream, you are learning to read the energy of your own breast, it draws into the body and circulates freely throughout the body, along with the bloodstream, but also with all of the nadase the energetic pathways of your natural energy of your body and being and this promise circulates not only to all the cells of the body, but to all of the energy structures of your body. Your emotional body becomes calm. Your mental body becomes clear. Your etheric or energy body is enlivened and forms beautiful patterns of light. Which we can learn to perceive as our aura will body is light perhaps it has a color for you. Or many colors are feeling the unis of you? Now notice your breath and imagine it has become different from where we began just a few moments ago. Scan your body with your mind your focus notice how more relaxed you are feeling. More centered. Quiet yet alert poised. Now bring the first two fingers of the right hand to touch the third eye and we will spiral to 36 opening to the light going toward the left shoulder first began 1-234-567-8910 1112 1314 1516 1718 1920 2122 2320 420-526-2720 820-930-3130 to 33 3435 36 Pause, inhale and exhale your third eye cleansing and clearing your intuition, your inner perceptions opening to the voice of your guidance, your soul all the levels of your being right and then remain stationary. Place your left hand upon your heart. Heart mine uniting breaths. Breathe into your third eye and exhale into your heart. Breathing and again your third eye. Drawing that breath deep into the mind and exhaling down into your heart. Heart and Mind begin to blend. Once more breathing out your third eye. Draw the breath in spiral of energy. And then breathe that energy into your heart, surrendering the mind of the hearts wisdom. Now breathe in your heart, allows the breath to rise, illuminating the mind and then exhale down into your heart. Breathing your heart. The rest lifts Lin's exhale into the sweetness of the heart. Once more breathing is the heart. Let's breath Ryan's illuminating the mind. And then exhaling that blended energy back down into the heart. Right hand remains stationary left hand drops to your lap. alternate nostril breathing. Breathe in through both sides of your nose. Exhale through both sides of your nose. Now close off your right nostril with your son and breathe in the left side only close off with your fingers lift up your son breathe breathing same clothes off lift up your fingers freeze out insane as insane as insane out others insane let your hand drop to your lap and breathe out both breathe in and breathe out. Now open your eyes and begin tapping on your breathing space lung cells stimulating imagine you're tapping, weakening all the cells in your lungs. Tap upon your upper back if you can reach it. Tap upon your lower ribs. Even though the lungs are not way down here, you're still weakening the breathing system because down here is your diaphragm. And you're weakening that back to the upper chest. And now pause to lung cell stimulating breaths and cleansing. Inhale tapping tapping upon the breathing space tapping padding to retain the breath. Exhale, letting go. Inhale, tap, tap. Tapping all over the breathing space tapping padding as you retain the breath padding. And exhale let it go. eyes open and palms up. For cleansing breaths breathe in and blow out three short puffs. Again, breathe in cleanse hands upon your lower ribcage. The Thumbs can be back on your back ribs or they can be alongside your fingers. Whatever is comfortable for your hands as high up on your ribcage as you can reach. Now breathe in. As you exhale, press upon your ribs to facilitate the exhale and the emptying and the movement of the ribs. Breathe in. Again, pressing out let's do one more breathe in. And press eyes open palms up for a cleansing breath breathe in. Cleanse again, breathe in and cleanse let your hands drop to your lap. eyes close. Draw the breath deep into your being and exhale. Notice how the breath is now one minor Yogi exercise to seal our practice. Inhale, arms are going to a prayer poems, poems pressing above your head. I am whole and perfect even as my mother father God is full and perfect within me. And exhale is your Armstrong now relax and release all the technique that we have been using. And just recognize the clear open energy space to which you have been carried by your breath practice. And notice as you have been practicing along these many weeks, how your breath has changed and how the quality of your consciousness has changed. Congratulate yourself for sitting for your practice. For carving out these moments for yourself, to be with yourself. To learn to listen deep within let yourself expand and open all around you is light. And recognize the core of that light is you your consciousness as it is organized. In this earth plane reality in which we live and move and have our being Now sometimes we imagine that the consciousness is something that is inside the body, something that we have that emanates somehow from our body and our identification that like the body. But what if the body is inside the consciousness and the consciousness is vast and the body is somewhere there? Because we are having this experience we are indeed vast and large spanned out and recognizing that your earth based life in which you have this body is not a small measure of your entire being. And that being is so vast that even from this vantage point is not possible to perceive all of it. But we can begin to expand our ideas so that they loosen and become fluid. Recognizing that so much of what we think about those ideas about reality are not really the way things are. The Sibley how we think they are, which is fine, it's not a bad thing to think about the world in a certain way can be very useful to have these ideas and boundaries for things are much too diffuse, it is hard to have any kind of experience at all we recognize how it's expanded you are let yourself float out there in that openness without the thoughts or boundaries with the close and feeling we sometimes get in our ordinary everyday lives begin to notice that even out here in this expanded sense of experiential plane of reality, the space spoken space that we can be perceive and have experience. So, I invite you in this moment to listen deeply with all of your being not simply as a hearing kind of listening, but perhaps visual stimulus as well a felt sense recognizing that there is light here, that may be perceived in a felt sense imagine that you can feel light perhaps as the pressure of sunlight which we can feel upon our bodies they are the warmth of the sunlight there is a kind of pressure from the light itself the sun is a wonderful thing to practice upon ceiling for energy. Now, imagine your light all around you your own experience of your body of light. However large it may be. I want you to think for a moment about how water turns into ice. You may have seen videos time lapse photography of ice forming like frost upon the ground or upon a windowsill where you can see the pattern for at first there's moistures that you cannot see. And then the cold settles in. And a beautiful pattern begins to form as the water turns into a crust of ice. You see it move or it seems to move. As the ice forms very rapidly as you gaze upon. This is a shift in a kind of state of matter. Moving from liquid to solid from water to ice. A change in phase. It is in its water phase. Then it is in its ice phase. Now imagine all around you and your energy of light your body nearby is made of some beautiful substance that you cannot quite see and then we'll listen there it is, it changes just like the frost becomes visible were opposed before there was only the water or the moisture or the two there was a phase shift involved as you open your consciousness and allow yourself to be able to perceive your own life and its beautiful patterns, its depth, its richness, its expanding potential. Perhaps you can only sense it and part of your cocoon is light all around you see, if you can notice it in some new part, perhaps below you or behind you, what is there and recognize the shift that happens when you are able to have a perception even it is if it is very fleeting. Comes into a sort of fullness if you work with a guide, are you are listening for your inner being ask for their assistance to have a greater and greater perception of your own life in these error realms. As we ventured from our ordinary consciousness, into these realms of light is useful to have a light vehicle to navigate with as you move through these planes of existence these inner planes, the inner geometry, the grid, where this is much of what we have been practicing to be able to perceive first our own self, our own energy, our own light. And then focusing outward to see what other flows we can notice. Feel fluidity feel the flowing energies around you allow yourself to lift up reaching up with your consciousness carrying all this light with you and interacting this delight that you find here in whatever ways pleasing, playful in joy and wonder. This though perhaps you were a young child first venturing out into the world and finding it all so fantastic and brilliant. Everything is a marvel remember that wonder for the world is just as marvelous and wonderful as it was when we were children. In through these inner journeys, we can begin to open once again to that joy and wonder. Allowing our crusty boundaries that no longer serve or aren't even any fun anymore. To simply just be no longer there. That our expanding consciousness move right through and leaving, without a trace, all of those other enclosures that we thought were so important, the way things are, they were simply the way we thought they were for a little while. And now, beauty has come, dance, sing, pink, giraffe, recite total sit quietly Marvel nature feel how expanded that feels, how much more open we are this tremendous, vast field of life is our true home all of these realms of consciousness and the beautiful colors and the marvelous sounds flew right out of us, and flames all of the other beings of light who are here all the marvels. Of the air itself is full of glittering light, twinkles songbirds Can we imagine our own ordinary world this beautiful for as we make our adventures in these realms, in consciousness, we open pathways for ourselves and for everyone we meet for all of humanity and all of creation. For Thursday, we set a purpose for all of this exploration of consciousness. Besides the simple joy of doing and how much fun we have. It is that we are collaborating. Painting the world of fresh collapsing the old timeline, the ancestral patterns that no longer serves and we are rolling out the rainbow carpet down away from us into infinity upon which we will place our slippered feet and dance along as though our own simply imagining has changed the world for indeed it has. Reaching out one more time simply for the joy of it see what can be felt and experienced and open to. Imagine all of those who are participating in this fun little exercise. You and I and all who are listening and hope for to come listening at later times. Stretching out in our way. Ring after ring after ring of rainbow light beings sparkling joyful musical brilliance because it is so much fun to do this with others can imagine it's all together Perhaps holding hands or in an arena of some sort, smiling faces light was the pleasure of consciousness exploration. Now breathe that joy into your heart. All of these very high frequencies of brilliant light in colors beyond our imagining, drawing with your breaths, all of this light and pleasantness into your heart, allow your heart to soften and expand and be turned into rainbow light or some particular color of light that is especially pleasing to you. Notice how brilliant you are, how much light your heart can let there be a smile, smiling energy flowing into your heart the smiling breath is a powerful and revered exercise is shifting your consciousness upward toward joy, abundance and appreciation, gratitude. Finding all that is right with the world in this moment, and recognizing how vast that is, and how truly abundant is the goodness of the world. The care compassion and love and how much more things work that do not work. Simply because we are here enjoying this reality. And if it was more broken than it was flowing, it would not exist. Because it exists, it means it works. The earth moving about the sun, the sun on its appointed course for the heavens, the stars, the galaxies and all the mysterious structures of our universe. It all works. Even here on this beautiful little the patterns line beautifully functional invite you to return to your body feeling refreshed, enlightened, joyful, peaceful, at home, at home in your body, at home with your planet. One of the creatures that make our lives possible, we bow to you and Thanksgiving. And gratitude has planted fetus to the sun that nourishes all of us, to the insects, the birds to choose all the beautiful patterns that make our lives possible. We are deeply grateful to all of you and resolve to be in divine harmony. In our particular place in the pattern was our purpose on our lips and at our fingertips. We weaned ourselves with purpose into the pattern of life. This was where we find peace.
