Have you ever seen videos of people surfing waves that are 40-50 feet high? They glide down the face of the huge vertical plane of water, which could and sometimes does sweep them away? These times may sometimes seem like we are being followed by a huge wave that threatens to knock us off our feet and sweep us away like broken sticks upon the ocean. What you may not see or realize when you watch those videos is that the surfers are surrounded by helpers! People on jet skis and in boats, ready to snatch them out of the jaws of crashing white foam when then are done with their ride, or get wiped out. 

 We too have helpers all around us. Some seen, some invisible. Assisting us at all times, when we open and release to receive. Also, we are preparing to meet that giant wave, working on our skills from the inside out. So when life does bear down upon us with events and situations that are out of our control, we are able to ride with confidence. Also, learn to swim. 

This episode takes us to a still place, using the Orbit Breath and Rhythmic Breathing. These two sophisticated energy practices bring us to a place where the light we encounter clear and cleanses us on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and etheric. We emerge rested and cleansed.

Blessings and welcome. So very pleased to have you part of our breathing and meditation practice. I've been thinking a lot about help the helpers, there was a lovely meal making the rounds, still making the rounds. I'm sure Mr. Rogers would talk about it. case of a crisis or difficulty, always look for the helpers. I want to think for a moment about another beautiful metaphor that occurred to me this week. So just close your eyes and let the exterior world drop away fall deeply into your breath. Now, have you been listening? For some time, you know that once upon a time I lived in Hawaii, on the beautiful island of Maui. And so my social media feed is full of people surfing on big giant waves. And the Pacific Ocean has been very dynamic this winter. And enormous waves have been generated. And there are these beautiful, brave men and women on their surfboards gliding down the face of 40 and 50 feet of water, vertical water high up into the sky and the foam at the top curls round. These waves are powerful and dynamic and unpredictable. And somewhat dangerous. There is a risk to those who serve upon them. But something you might not see in those fascinating videos of the surfers on the very big waves is that all around them high up behind the crest of the wave. And down below where the wave crashes are helpers. People on jet skis are in boats. In fact, those seemingly solitary surfers are surrounded by helpers. Lovely, caring, dedicated people who are there solely to allow someone else to get a great ride or a beautiful age. And it occurred to me that these times that we're living in are very much like that big, powerful wave. And it can be easy to feel overwhelmed or even helpless in the face of such dynamic power out of our control completely. However, imagine yourself well skilled, highly practiced strong and brave and your feet upon the board. You may not know that some of the surf boards have little cup things that the surfers slide their feet into just for some extra security. So let's imagine our boards are quite secure in our feet. And we are ready and flowing down the face of this huge wave. Because we know that we have practiced and we know how to be in flow. And there are helpers your helpers, all of those lovely people who love you were all around you wishing you the very best was every breaths your invisible helpers, your guide your Higher Self, your soul. All of the beings of light are innumerable and have a vested interest in our world our created reality, which we are all co creating. At all times. We are surrounded by assistance. We are held up and cared for even when things seem gloomy, or uncertain, maybe especially them So I invite you for a moment. As you were sliding down this giant wall of water when your hair is blowing in the breeze. If you're having hair, your face is full of the wind, and the roar of the water. And you're competent, and strong. And time, stretches out and becomes elastic, and huge. And this beautiful, wonderful ride, which is really only a few minutes, seems to take hours is times very elastic, specially in moments like these. And you slide all the way down. And they're the bottom of the wave is your, your boat or your jetski your driver who was waiting for you braving the elements for just for you. They slid off the board into the water and grab onto the jetski and motorway triumphant. Now you have prepared well as you have been doing with your breath and meditation practice all of these moments that you spend in this quiet and stillness recognizing your breathing, allowing it to expand and be fluid you are becoming a high level athlete learning to balance in these beautiful flows of energy. This dynamic inner environment of spiritual flows, fluidity the language of light. Your skill and prowess grows each time not only each time you sit for your practice, but each time you use your skills. When you call this beautiful light through in the ordinary reality, you organize your own being your own reality according to these high spiritual frequencies now feel your breathing body and if you are sitting in a chair that has a bag, notice your back body pressing against your chair or your cushions or perhaps you were laying down and you can feel the surface below your bed or the floor. And on your next inhalation, I'd like you to feel your Bath Body expanding. And perhaps as you breathe in, your chin drops a bit towards your chest to elongate your neck. And then as you exhale, you just relax and release and again breathing in and expanding your back body. With each exhalation, fully empty of the breath, allowing the breath to be empty and quiet at the bottom in the winter of the breath. Before the breath arises again of its own accord just naturally breathing in when you're ready sometimes we forget about the back of the being because our eyes are in front of us and our hands reach front of us. We can lose touch a bit with the back side of our being. And there's so much information here for you. And expanding into the back body allows the body to wrist more fully relax and be peaceful. For a certain amount of tension can grow in the back of the body at the neck. Call your attention now to the back of your head and neck. And that place where the neck reaches this shoulders. So imagine that your spine is a straight line going down on your shoulders, the tops of your shoulders are a straight line going across, and it makes a little cross there. And on your spine and a large vertebrae, you may place your hand there and touch it if you like to feel it. Now on your next inhalation, I'd like you to draw that vertebrae forward by squeezing your shoulder blades together a little lemon release and then your shoulder blades come together as you breathe in so your chest is expanding a little bit, you're squeezing the muscles of the back of it. And when you make this little bit of a squeeze, when you exhale and release, all of your back can be softer. One more time. Breathe in, squeeze your shoulder blades together and let those muscles come together and tighten. And then as you exhale, drop your shoulders all at once. And let all the tension released from your shoulders and your upper back notice how more fluid and free your breath is becoming. Now reach the crown of the head towards the sky even if it's just an imaginary reaching. Allow your spine be long and tall. And now feel your sitting bones your stable platform on the bottom of your spine Can you feel your lower ribs now pressing into your chair or your cushions as you breathe in those lower back rooms. One more good breath in stretch those back rooms I'd like to practice a breath that is very rhythmic and we will breathe into a count of six and pause for three counts with the full breaths. Breathe out for a count of six and pause on the bottom and the emptiness for a count of three. So 3636363 All right exhale all the air in your lungs breathe in 123456 Paws 123123456 bars 123 and 123456 cars 123 Out 123456 bars 123 in 123456 bars 123 Out 123456 Piles 12312345612312346 breathe in breathe out practice an energy breast known as the orbit breast. Many of you have done this one before if you have not just listen along if you get lost, just shake it off a little bit and jump back in whenever you can. This breath entails drawing the breath into the third eye down the spine to the tailbone and exhaling the breath back up the spine and out the crown of the head breathe out all the air in your lungs to begin. Now breathe in your third eye. And let the breath dry in fully into the head and down the front of the spine as you inhale the tailbone and as you exhale, let the breath flow up the spine all the way up the crown of the head. Breathe in the crown of the head, this time down the front of the spine noticing all the bones of the spine, noticing where you can get a good picture of the spine and where you can land to the tailbone. And then exhale up the back of the spine. Allowing the breaths just follow the spine out the crown the head again. Breathe in the third eye down the front of the spine as the neck and the thorax waist to the tailbone. And exhaling back up the spine has to the waist and the thorax the neck the head of the Crown to head inhaled through the crown the head down the neck and the thorax the waist all the way to the bottom of the spine and to to and exhaling back up all the way out the crown. Now in this next breath drawing in as a third eye, imagine your spine as a column of light this column of silver beautiful light, you are drawing the breath deep into the body all the way down the silver to tooth tailbone and then exhaling back up this brilliant column of light out crowns draw the breath in the column of the head and top of the head down the column all the way through the wearer of the body brilliant silver light. And when you're ready, Exhale back up this column of light an ounce the crown may continue on your own a few more breaths going into the third eye and down and out the crown down through the crown with this ray of light at the core of the body to the tailbone again. Now you may continue as you like or you may also release the technique and notice the place to which the breath is carried. There is a quietude about the orbit breaths bring you deep into the center of your being your central column of light and that beautiful silver light is a very particular frequency of spiritual light. It is very purifying Breath also has a very calming effect and brings you all of your bodies into harmony and resonance, your emotional body, your physical body, mental body and your body and all those layers of your being become harmonized notice here and your body is lined, how far out all that light extends creating a beautiful sphere in all directions is beautiful light, it may have colors, it may be a felt sense of light what is very quiet stillness knew you are still point your truest nature of focus of consciousness and cultivating an awareness and a friendliness with the stillness, the center of your being becoming very familiar with your radiance the light that is you feeling the harmony of all the many facets of who you are perhaps even recognizing other lifetimes or aspects feeling that harmonious blend may hear if you're a gifted auditorily sound of all of this energy of you coming into resonance in harmony. Now, I would like you to float upon this energy this requires the surrender a gentle and easy release noticing the current life at large wave we were imagining earlier as a now pleasant see that energy is spent there is a still a dynamic sort of energy here. The energy upon which you are resting now is peaceful and you are easily supported. Being held up somehow and floating along you might even live even a level up from your complete surrender to the energies around him. Your feeling of safety recognizing all of the beings of light, your own inner knowing your building of trust with your own beingness and your personal helpers. Recognizing their very pure high intentions for you your love and care and support and all gripping or holding the snow softening. Notice if there's anywhere else that you can release even a little more Notice if in this peaceful floating feeling of very nice flows you might want to follow recognize those flows of energy upon which you are being carried there's a very friendly nice quiet there's two lovely, soothing energy is beautiful colors are soothing and clear sounds your hair very restful now imagine this is radiating out from you, that you are becoming a conduit of this very peaceful very soft, very gentle energy. So, it is flowing through you as well as being something you are actually being carried upon. Korea does lie it is so cleansing it is collecting and gathering all energies that are complete for you in time easily surrendering all that can be released in this moment perhaps is flowing down from above you through your head and your shoulders through your abdomen and legs. And as it flows through this very peaceful world creative energy is collecting waste products leftover from older thought patterns that no longer serve you. Wally motional resonances with you had totally forgotten about but there's somehow in the little dusty corners and out vigor with no effort at all. Perhaps there is something you have been a little worried about or alarmed worried about feel this clearing energy is somehow connected to your breathing. So, when floating for the energy is nourishing whatever that situation is and keying it to high resonant outcomes. High resin outcomes are the true nature of what is available to you. From this beautiful, harmonious place allow allow surrender let go. You do not have to do it all by yourself. You have helpers you have this beautiful flowing energy. You have the friendly universe at your command notice now how sparkling clean you are. Now all your patterns are much more harmonized in agreement key to these high pure outcomes that you are moving without any impediment flowing along for the highest and best future. filled with light with beauty with harmony with well being your body's strong. All of your cells are happily working together for your benefit. Let's revisit that orbit breaths just on your own, began to breathe in through your third eye and allow that breath to travel down that beautiful silver tube that is congruent with your spine all the way to the base of your body to receive an X exhaling it back up like a flute perhaps or a brilliant shimmering core. That is your center as you will be when your next inhalation comes in through the crown and exhale going out the ground inhale with a third eyes down exhaling an ounce the crown and down the crown to the base of the body feel the shimmer increasing as you were practicing this beautiful orbit breath exhaling up and out of crown the shimmer increases one more round through the third eye and down and exhaling up and out crammed ahead your thoughts are purified your emotional body is cleansed your physical body is purified and enlivened. Your hysteric body is all the more presents for your attention to it and all of your bodies are working in concert. Notice all of those beautiful patterns now. Let your radiance just expand out and out and if there was some situation or relationship or individual to whom you would like to place your radiance you may do that now and slip that light flowing through you wherever you would like to offer your life All right. You have done beautiful work here. I feel all of you I noticed your shimmering beauty your lovely light recognize all of the others who are here in this time and space no so out into the future where there is no time continuum as we are familiar with it. Yet there is a kind of space that we visit thank you so deeply for lending your consciousness, your breaths and your care your consistent attention I recognize your contribution and thank you in the deepest gratitude.
