Building Radiance with Peace

We are lighted beings. We can learn to recognize and build our radiance using the breath and the frequency of Peace. We begin by breathing into our physical lungs and heart, circulating the breath and prana. We extend that light to the entire body, which begins to sparkle with Light. Next we breathe light into our emotional body, circulating the light and cleaning anything that needs to be released. Next is the mental body, which becomes fluid and clear so we can lift into the higher mind and hear more clearly our guidance. Finally we find the brilliant shining etheric body, which unites all of our being. It too fills with more and more light as we breathe into it. We fill with the light of Peace, which folds all patterns into one harmonious energy. We begin to flow with the power and dynamic energy of peace. We begin to understand on every level how we can increase the peace of the world by being peace in our own being. Welcome and blessings. This Miriam's meditations. So pleased that you are here, joining, sitting, listening deeply being part of our practice your practice. So congratulations to you for creating momentum that sustains you in your practice. And recognizing the power of the breath, the intrinsic gift that is the breath as I sat earlier today and listen deeply for what might be a gift for us all today, and what I received was peace and light and our own radiance. So I invite you now to close your eyes. Draw your focus in let the outside world drop away all at once. So that all you are paying attention to now is your breath. Your inner being listening deeply for your guide your higher self or your inner being Let your breath exhale out your mouth and one long side and then breathing and again through your nose. Another side let everything go let your shoulders drop. As you exhale one more time breathing in and exhaling and if you would like right at this moment set an intention for your practice something from deep within your being that you would like to amplify call forth soon in force three in force for yourself just some smooth, gentle easy breathing imagine that you can create the most beautiful, delicious breath for yourself that you have ever breathed ever loosen your clothing a little bit if that feels comfortable. Like the belly to be able to freely move in our breath practice. So, if your clothing feels a little tight in this moment, feel free to loosen your waistband and allow some freedom of movement or your beautiful belly round and soft open and close the belly with the breath now draw your awareness and one level deeper to the core of your being and notice what is here in this moment if you are a visual person you may see something you may see light color, many colors patterns. If you are a felt sense person, what is it that you are feeling? Your learning with our practice to expand our sensory range. Developing these inner senses to be able to more freely and easily and trusting in that which we perceive on the inner planes. Whether it is a vocalization from our guide guidance in the form of words or images a felt sense flows and patterns Inner Light

today's practice is about building your radiance through peace. So our meditation will call in peace in a lot of different aspects and use that peace to reorder our inner patterns so that we develop our radiance, we become more aligned so just holding that gently is a very soft focus. Let's begin our pranayama bringing the first two fingers of the right hand to touch the third eye. And before we begin our spirals on the forehead at the Third Eye breathe in as the third eye, drawing the breath deeply into the forehead into his head deep into your mind is a spiral of energy. spiraling out so that you began to let your focus rest at your third eye and as though you can breathe right in to the third eye the energy and flow goes straight into the head. cleansing and clearing this lens of perception. And now to further clear and cleanse your third eye we will draw 36 spirals on the forehead. Moving the fingertips towards your left first, down towards your nose up towards your right and around at the top. That's 1-234-567-8910 1112 1314 1616 1718 1920 2120 320-425-2620 720-829-3031 30 230-334-3536 Pause. Inhale your third eye. Exhale out the third eye. You may feel a different sensation now with your fingertips such as third eye, a kind of focus. A deepening and opening. Right hand remain stationary. Place your left hand upon your heart. Heart, mind uniting breaths. Breathe in deeply at your third eye. And as you exhale, drop into your heart. Let the breath release into the heart. Breathe in again, your third eye. Exhale into your heart. Surrendering to the hearts wisdom. Breathe in again, your third eye. Exhale is your heart now breathe in at your heart. Allow the breath to rise, lifting illuminating your mind. And blending the heart mind breath back down into the heart. Resting Sr. Breathing again at your heart. Allow the breath to rise, lifting illuminating the mind. And exhale freely and gently that blended breath back down into the sweetness of the heart. Once more breathing of the heart. Lift. Blend. Exhale back into the heart. All right, right hand remains stationary left hand can drop down to your lap or you can leave it at your heart if you like alternate nostril breathing. Breathe in both sides of the nose and exhale on both sides of the nose. Now close off your right nostril with your thumb, just gently place it on your nostril. Breathe in the left side only close off your left side with your fingers lift up your son. breathe out breathe in same side close off with your thumb. Lift up your fingers breathe out breathe out completely redone same side close off, lift up your son breathe out insane out other

out other insane out other insane out other insane let your hand draw to your lap and breathe out both. Sometimes that breath makes my nose a little wet. So clearing the nose. Feel free to do that at any point. Now notice how much more balanced and calm you are my breath is making a sound because I'd like you to hear it. Your breasts could be completely silent. Do not feel like you have to be making a loud sound with your breath. Alright, let's open our eyes now and begin tapping on the breathing space or tapping and tapping says to wake up the cells of the lungs. Tapping on the front upper chest, tapping on the upper back if you can reach it. tapping, tapping, tapping tapping on the lower ribs. All over the breathing space. You can use both hands on one side, both hands on the other side. Look up a little bit with your chin and see if you can tap to the very top of your breathing space. Hello lungs. Thank you for breathing for me. Alright, let's pause for a couple of lung cell stimulating breaths. All right. exhale all the air in your lungs. Now breathe in, tapping, tapping, tapping padding as you retain the breath padding. Retain the breath padding, padding. Exhale, let it go. Breathe out completely. Again, breathing in. tapping, tapping all of the breathing space tapping in the upper back tapping padding as you retain the breath. Exhale, let it go. Now eyes open, palms up to cleansing breaths. Breathe in. Exhale, three puffs. Again, breathe in. Exhale, three puffs. Now hands on either side of your lower ribs. Thumbs can be forward by your palms or back pressing on your back ribs if you can, if that feels okay for your hands. Now inhale a full and complete breath rising to the top. And as you exhale, press on your ribs to get them to move a little bit. braising again. Feel your ribs expanding. Exhale, press. Really press. Don't hurt yourself but really make your ribs move. Let's do one more.

This way you get your ribs to move more than they usually do. All right. Do cleansing breaths eyes open palms up. Breathe in cleanse again cleanse Alright, eyes closed, hands resting in your lap. I love this cleansing breaths. You can do the Cleansing Breath anytime you feel a need to bring at least something a pesky thought and emotion that you would like to shift. A future scenario that you would prefer not to participate in cleansing breaths, cleansing breath cleansing breaths All right. Let's do a couple of retained breaths. Retain breath is to notice the nourishment of the breath. Exhale all the air in your lungs to prepare. Now breathe in through your nose rising to the top. Pause, Retain the breath, stretch, open around the breath.

Squeeze your belly and really empty. Once more breathe in rising to the top. Pause. Roll your head around look up. Look down of your shoulders

Eyes open to cleansing breaths breathe in. Cleanse breathe in and cleanse eyes closed breathing gently I feel a pleasant buzzing sensation. That's your carbon dioxide and oxygen rebalancing. And it's also your increased prana moving about your body. energizing all of your cells. Minor Yogi exercise inhale, arms arc and to a prayer pose above your head. I am holding perfect. Even as my mother father God is whole and perfect within me. And exhale as your arms fall down to your lap. One more minor Yogi exercise breathe in arms, lift an arc and prayer pose above your head from the center of my being out and out and out. I call forth the perfect blueprint of my being and exhale as your arms dropped down into your lap notice your breath now. And notice the place to which the breath is carried you in for now for our meditation today we are going to continue to focus upon the breath in a very light and gentle way and use that breath focus to call more and more light into our being. So for the next few cycles of breath, I invite you to recognize the light that moves with the breath as it draws into the body into your lungs. Just breathing in, notice your lungs filling and then gently releasing the breath whenever you're ready. And with each breath that comes in

more and more light filling the lungs penetrating to all of the tissue of the lungs brilliant, beautiful, sparkling light and on your next inhalation into the lungs recognize that part of the breathing in and out process is that the blood in the body He moves through the heart, the oxygenated blood moves his heart. So you are drawing that brilliant prana filled breath into his heart as well. heart and lungs work together they are partners. Notice how really on your heart Yes, so radiant, so full of light. And remember that our intention for our practice was to increase our radiance building radiance. So we are noticing our natural radiance, and we are adding to it as our breath. Now the next inhalation, let the prana the light of the product draw into the lungs and heart and circulate freely throughout your entire body, illuminating all of the cells of your body thanking your precious body for being the container of your consciousness in this lifetime. This perfect blueprint. Need flesh made hole filled with beauty filled with light filled with radiance all over tips of your fingertips in your toe tips. The top of your head. Notice how your body is now beaming is a brilliant radiance It feels wonderful to appreciate the body. Now our next body she's is our emotional body. So I invite you on your next inhalation. To just imagine a layer of emotional energy all around your physical body is your emotional body. And with your inhalation it is filling with this beautiful sparkling light that we have been cultivating. Recognize your emotional body as it is in this moment. Just scan it with your imagination. It's alright if you feel like you're making it up. That's fine. We're practicing becoming more aware of our emotional body. If there was some place in your emotional body that seems diminished, somehow gray or empty and needing some light, just draw the light straight in there. You don't even have to know what emotion might be attached to that. Just allow the breath to draw right in. With each breath, picture more and more light, filling that space. And whatever was there that needed to be cleansed is just automatically released onto its next level of its adventures in the universe. Just releasing it easily. Letting all of this be very easy, playful. We're playing with a light playing with the energies. Notice a fresh circulation in your emotional body your emotions are flowing. They're flowing through nothing is caught or stuck but just moving the breath is clearing it all through. You may have some emotionality arising or a particular emotion just observing. Now move to our mental body about the head and shoulders. Some perceive the mental body as having a blue light. But you may not perceive that at all This is fine mental body thoughts and thought forms. Breathing directly, perhaps directly into your third eye and illuminating your mental body from within with your breath circulating the breath freely throughout the mental body. Again, noticing what is there I mean you brought your attention to your mental body. Did you squeeze your eyebrows together? Let them be soft that you scalp the sash. There's something about smoothing out the scalp with your imagination that somehow quiets the brain and the thought processes and the ordinary thoughts of our everyday activities quiet they are symbolist you they drop away or float by Hello thoughts. Goodbye looks like clouds on the summer day. We are not attached to the thoughts we just let them be what they are the activity of the mind. We are gently observing that and breathing directly into our mental body refreshing it like a wind at the beach, you know how the wind blows at the beach and the salty air sort of tingles and dances about and sparkles in the sunshine and it says those a sea error can just blow right into your mental body and it cleanses us and refreshes us that's why it's so lovely to walk at the seashore notice any sites that need a little more light or any place in the mental body that could use a little additional light just breathe directly in remember to breathe less all the thoughts they are part of you but they are not you. You are the one who is having the thoughts you are the one who thinks the thoughts. So who is that? Let's be with that being our etheric body, an energy body that surrounds and envelops all the other layers or sheets of our being a brilliant radiant cocoon of light all around you brilliant and large.

and when we are in touch with the see theory body is brilliant, beautiful light we are building our awareness of our radiance so as you're breathing into this radiant etheric body, Let there be peace. The peace of order and harmony. The peace of well being of the rightness of being here in this moment as yourself showing up for yourself. So as you are breathing into all of the layers of your being breathe in the energy in light of peace body peace emotional peace mental peace notice how it brings all together in a natural pattern. And the pattern is enhanced and made more beautiful through your attentiveness and your amplification of this piece frequency for it is that like the frequency you tune into when you are listening to a radio broadcast you are listening to the broadcast of peace which is perpetual omnipresent, eternal and infinitely abundant. There is no limit on peace peace is every breath and when we are peaceful from our deepest level to our no circumference out and out and out our radiant present self Do you feel it settling feel how this piece regenerates at the same time it calms it's sewists but it has its own dynamic four pieces not boring the piece is creative peace is the harmonies all of the universe the balance and steadiness peace bring stability when you are in this place of peace and all the layers of your being are in this oneness your patterns become much more harmonious creative. Yet inspired thoughts, inspired actions and brilliant. Love pervades all that you are peace and love harmony and balance this is you wore radiance you are now a radiant beacon of peace. This shines out from you without any effort at all. It is simply who you are. It has always been. Allow your radiance to be placed out somewhere in your world. Your future self

someone you know who could use some peace, some light, some love focus for as we are cultivating these frequencies this energy it is moving notice flowing we are not the final repository we are the conduit we are the vessel being filled and flowing out all at once. So, allow this to engage you with the flow take a moment to place your radiance listen again for your guide and recognize that their voice their wisdom is carried along on this frequency of peace. And this is how you can begin to distinguish the voice of your guide from any other her carries the steep truths, the steady presence this irresistible brightness, voice right for you in your path, your work and your purpose for when you slip into the pattern or divine love you find your rightful place all you need comes to you and there's comfort in that we have done beautiful work here. You have in your peaceful cultivation created more peace on earth and in all of creation you have joined with all the others who are here in this moment. Breathing this peaceful breaths so as you move out into your day and into your next day in your next day, give yourself a reminder of peace reminder of this beauty of this moment that you are in right now. That it will come easily into your mind into your emotional body into your physical body coming all the way back now recognizing once again your breathing body and all the energies that we have played with today. The frequencies of peace and harmony beauty love and joy and play plays the central bring my hands together at my heart in a deep thanksgiving for each of you was listening and practicing and walking on the spiritual path we are all companions here walking in the light being late to work line at the new peace Namaste.
