  In these waning days of summer, we can become weary of the heat. Our bodies and minds are in need of cooling energy. This episode brings you an easy cooling breath that you can do anywhere anytime. Using the energy of a soothing color, we calm and cool the brain and mind of heated energies. Then we move to a dipping of our toes in the water at the seashore, allowing the delicious energy of the water to restore us. The light of the Essence of Water clears and cleanses us throughout all layers of our being. This episode is the beginning of Season Four of Miriam’s Meditations. We are using pranayama breaths that we learned in earlier seasons. So if you are new to Breath Practice, please visit Season One to learn the breaths. Namaste!
