A spacious, clarifying breath and meditation practice. We begin at the beginning, with our Beginner’s Mind. Using the powerful Orbit Breath, we come into awareness of our spinal column. We share light of breath with all the systems of the body and begin an exploration of the Breath Within the of the breath. From this clear point, we lift upward to the sky, noticing any clouds that the mind is creating are beginning to clear. What is left is Blue Sky Mind.
