Welcome, I want to say a word or two about sitting for breathing practice. So, right in this moment, close your eyes. Let the external world drop away and come into an awareness of your breathing body. And I'd like to you to take notice of your clothing and whether or not you are wearing soft comfortable clothing whenever you can to sit to for breath, practice, wear something comfortable, especially around your abdomen. And if you are wearing your work clothes or your outer clothes in this moment while you're listening, go ahead and see if you can loosen the button or the zipper so that you have a little bit of softness around your abdomen. In our culture, we tend to hold the abdomen in some disregard displeasure, it's sort of roundness and it's bulbous, pneus etc. If you've ever seen any pictures of Yogi's from India, they have these really round bellies where the breaths can open. So spaciously So beginning with just noticing your abdomen released and relaxed and let it swell open with each incoming breath. Your infilling of the breath goes all the way to the abdomen, so we know that the breath just goes in and out of the lungs. Obviously, anatomically, that is the only place the air goes. However, as we move the abdomen out to accommodate the lungs moving relaxed the whole core of the body and allow a spaciousness. So the lungs themselves have no musculature. They are infilled by the action of the diaphragm at the center of your torso. And that is what is moving. When you open your belly, you make room for the diaphragm to relax downward and draw the lungs downward as they in filled with air. And then you just let it go to exhale. So if your abdomen is constricted by your clothing, or your thoughts of how an abdomen should appear, then your diaphragm is not going to be able to move very well. And as we move through our lives, we may notice that the diaphragm this large powerful muscle in the center of our body is stiff and non responsive, non elastic. Think about a puppy or a baby and how soft their little tummies are. Everything about them is very soft. You were a baby once and you were very very soft. So that abdominal movement, letting go of the rigidity and the holding that might be there allows your breath to really relax for your lungs to fill easily with air and to exhale completely releasing all that can be released in this moment. Sometimes when we are doing breath practice, we may notice the emotional responses that seem to come out of the blue anger or fear years are just a kind of general emotionality because some of those things are being held by the breath structures of the body. And as we make these openings that emotional energy begins to move around things that we had decided somehow not to think about and suddenly are there they've been if we don't know an event or an activity to which this emotional feeling is connected. There the motion is this is a natural part of breath practice. Now some of this we will shed naturally it will just disappear from our energy field from our emotional field or mental field. Sometimes it is helpful to clear specifically these energies as they arise And to do this we will do some cleansing and clearing with our divine self. And first, let's bring the first two fingers of the right hand to touch the third eye. Now this spiraling that we have been doing with the third eye is a cleansing practice clearing any debris or overlay of the third eye with our breathing in and out at the third eye and spiraling to 36. Drawing the circles on the third eye, going toward the left shoulder first 1-234-567-8910 1112 1314 1516 1718 1920 2122 2320 420-526-2720 820-930-3130 230-334-3536 Pause. Inhale at your third eye drying the breath deeply into the head and spiraling that breath back out again. Feeling the cleanse and clear Third Eye receptor of intuitive wisdom. Right hand remains stationary left hand comes up and place it upon your heart. Heart and Mind uniting breaths. Breathe in your third eye. Exhale down into your heart releasing the mind to the heart. Drop into the hearts wisdom. Once again, breathing into the third eye, drawing deeply in an exhale surrender to the heart. Once more breathing and at the third eye and release and surrender to the heart. Now breathe in at the heart deeply into the heart center and let the breath rise up to the mind illuminating the mind. And then exhale releasing back down into the heart. Draw the breath in at the heart lifting blending exhaling back down into the sweetness of heart. Once more breathe in the heart. The breath rises illuminates the mind. And exhale back down into the heart. Heart and Mind are wedded in a spiritual union. Now let your left hand dropped in your lap right hand remain stationary. We'll do a few rounds of alternate nostril breathing. So breathe in and breathe out both sides of the nose to prepare mouth is closed now close off the right nostril with your thumb and breathe in the left side only was off with your fingers lift up yourself breathe out breathe in same close off with yourself lift up your fingers breathe out insane out other insane out other insane out other insane your hand drop to your lap and breathe out both eyes remain calm Last let's do two retained breaths. Breathe in a full and complete breath rising to the top. At the top, pause, Retain the breath at stretch and open around the breath. And when you're ready, open your mouth and let the breath go. exhale fully. Again, breathing in. Retain the breath. Stretch gently around the breath, making more space for that breath. And when you're ready, open your mouth and release. Try your abdomen in as you release completely. Now open your eyes with your palms up and we'll do two cleansing breaths breathe in. Exhale, three short puffs. Again, breathe in. Exhale hands dropped your lap eyes are closed. Let's do one surrender breath. And what we are surrendering is all that can be let go of in this moment. And we are surrendering to the wisdom and knowing that we have an inner being a higher self a divine presence that is with us at all times for guidance and support. exhale all the air in your lungs to prepare. Now breathe in a full incomplete breath rising to the top. Pause at the top and swallow once. Now inhale a short breath into the upper chest. Exhale just a little bit from your abdomen. Now fill up at your abdomen and release surrendering everything let's do that one more time. Breathing a full and complete breath rising to the top. Swallow as you retain the breath. Inhale the short puff into the upper chest or release at your abdomen. Inhale at your abdomen and release completely. Eyes open for cleansing breath breathing. Three short puffs out right close your eyes. Hands are resting in your lap. Those surrender breaths are quite potent. They're a little complex. But once you get the hang of it as you have been practicing you will notice it leaves you in a clear space just breathing in and out gently let go of any tension or holding in your body that may have come as a result of your practicing. Sometimes when we are practicing and unfamiliar breaths I might have some holding that comes about so just let all of that release am gonna get in touch with your divine self. Affirm that your Divine Self is your true identity. There is some feeling or thought physical state or energy that is bothering you. Set your intention to clear it so you can experience the joy, love and harmony. That is your natural state connect with your divine self, your spirit at the center of your being. You might sense it as a clear brilliant light with this connection, realize that there are no energies that are more powerful than the divine self within you. Think of any energies that you want to clear as an impersonal energy that has no power over you. And impersonal energy that has no power over you since the radiant light of your Divine Self, and watch this enormous, clear, radiant light, move out from the center of your being, into anything that seems to block you. Including feelings or thoughts, memories or beliefs or anything that you may have picked up from mass consciousness, worries, repetitive thoughts. Just see that brilliant light of the true nature of your being your Divine Self, brilliant and beautiful, moving out and out and out from the center of your being. As this bright light moves out from you recognize that these unwanted energies are not real and that they have no power. They are not supported by any spiritual law. They are inconsequential, temporary, transitory energies that are easy to dissipate and keep away from you. When you recognize them for what they are and how to handle them. In the light of the Divine Light of spirit, they do not exist watch them fade into nothingness. If your mental body is resisting my telling you things like what these things I am worried about are real. Allow the divine energy to penetrate that layer of thought and move gently and easily through it. Creating a clear and open space for reality is very fluid. I cannot resist the divine light that you are calling and focus. Reality will respond to this divine light and you need not think of how that might come about or what might happen. Simply Be aware that you are calling upon this light that is available to you at all times. Through your own powerful focus and awareness, you are bringing more of this divine light into our personality level reality is an act of divine consequence. Let the divine perfection show you what those energies were hiding and what was behind those energies. Notice how wonderful you feel with a lesser energy so removed. You come into the fullness of your Divine Self, a knowingness of this as your true nature Open now to receive any guidance from your Divine Self, about actions to take to unfold the divine perfection that is possible with the clearing of these energies you may receive a feeling or a sense an idea, a picture or simply notice that that which has been cleared has vanished. Leaving behind a pure and Open Space is filled with light. A brilliant, sparkling, aware alive light that is imbued with meaning and knowingness consciousness awareness. As you practice clearing, you become able to more quickly recognize when you have been affected by mass consciousness and easily release these unwanted thoughts and beliefs and feelings. They were no longer define or control do you know these things are not who you are. Practice this energy clearing at any time, it is a lovely practice to do as you're going to sleep at night or when you wake up in the morning. Or if you wake up in the night with unwanted thoughts or feelings that are bothersome or troubling. Clear Brilliant light of spirit is available to you at any moment as close as your breath you may place for yourself out into your future a suggestion that you will remember this clearing and cleansing practice any moment that you need it a remembrance an energy signature out into your future you so that you remember that you know how to do this cleansing and clearing energy is cumulative. As you practice this energy clearing and you may use it to clear emotions or thoughts or entanglements between emotions and thoughts, ideas that others have presented to you that are lesser that you would like to release. But you may find you have less and less to clear as you do these practices and that you are able more easily to remain in the high pure light of spirit and then you become a beacon. Notice now your field of energy is brilliant and beautiful, clear and cleansed and that perhaps even your breath has become finer and there is radiance that is pouring through you. allow yourselves to be a radiant, being fully ignited with light and that light moves out from you effortlessly. An ever flowing river of joy and wonder and peace and love and creativity and abundance, wellbeing and all of these are your birthright but this is the true foundation of this reality. And the more and more we are present with all of these beautiful qualities the more radiant we become and the more pure and clear our radiant light is and we can use Use that I had in place that light wherever we would like into a project surrounding a loved one also grateful to know that we are these beings of light and how to move that light through us brings one to a place of gratitude for all of the richness of life in the earth plane so grateful to have a lifetime where we know about spiritual practice where we have teachers and books and recordings and each other along the path other spiritual companions so deeply blessed all right we'll sit for a moment in the quiet of this beauty and light ready to receive any wisdom or knowingness? Hello, allowing all of those divine frequencies to enrich and enliven and nourish all of the cells of your body. So, with your next infilling of breath, draw that beautiful sacred light from the spiritual realms. And as you exhale, move it with ease and gratitude into all the cells of your body thanking the body and all of its various little beings and systems. And fluidity is the solidity of bone, power of the muscles, the electricity of the nervous system, the flow of blood and lymph through all of the vessels. All of the organs of digestion, all of the glands of the body that regulates all these activities with their sacred molecules. Our hormonal molecules that regulates the body all have our sensory organs, to the beautiful skin that encloses all of our being filled in with light, circulating the light freely throughout the body gratitude for the sacred vessel that carries our consciousness throughout our day responding to our projects and our walks and our rapture at sunsets. The secret partnership with the body now bringing your hands together at your heart will give thanks for the wisdom of the body, the wisdom of the Divine Self. And all the layers of being called into oneness by this holy practice of breath and meditation. recognizing all of the guides and all of those walk with us on this path now and in the future, all the ancestors who have walked before us, leaving us gifts and a trail to follow into transcendence.
