Welcome to the Abundance Reset. This expansive rich practice will teach you, step by step, how to contact and open to the essential Abundance of Creation. Reality is inherently abundant.

We open to that abundance in these steps:

  1. Notice native/natural abundance. Abundance that makes you feel uplifted or at least neutral. Ignore the abundance of unwanted circumstances or things. 
  2. Cultivate joy in the small things. Coffee, walks, dogs that wag their tales, smiles from others.
  3. Be grateful for the blessings of others. This means being genuinely happy for the prosperity of others, unattached to any benefit to you. Make it easy on yourself for now: choose others that you like. 
  4. Stop asking “Why me?” or “Why us?” Just start from where you are. Here.
  5. Show your faith by giving some away. To others with no strings. Start small.
  6. Repeat as needed. You will need it over and over. For some time. 

It may take years, but it will start to get better from the inside out. You will need to overcome previous momentum gifted to you by generations before you. You will need to replace some of your previous responses, especially your interior thought responses.

Blessings and welcome to Miriam's meditations. I'm so grateful that you are here listening and participating with us in our breath and meditation practice. So as you are coming into your center, you'd like to close your eyes and just drop in to your very core. And let the outside world fall away in one swoop. As we come into harmony with our own knowing take a moment if you if you will, to reach out on the inner planes to this group. There are people meditating with me as I speak with you in a live gathering, and then there were also all of those who are listening to the recording and contributing their own frequencies and energies just as you are. And we form a collective consciousness. And we share and we borrow from each other. For all of these spaces in the inner planes to which we travel, we can do far more, have greater experiences, far more reach to our consciousness if we traveled together. And as we learn to find each other on the inner planes, we enhance our inner sensing. We develop our intuitions. We listen deeply for that which is the highest and best of who we are, and who we are as a collective. And as we practice this together, we become familiar with this mode of syncing. So that when we are in groups with others, who may not be breath practitioners or even meditators, but we can still find congruence and sharing and borrowing of the energies. When you do this, when humans do this kind of practice we elevate that which is the possible we find the seeds of possibility as a collective and as an individual, so that we expand upon that which can become Let your breath come into your body full and rich and deep filling all of your breathing space and let it out with an open mouth and a sigh. Really releasing all of the air in your lungs by drawing your abdomen in and breathing in again through your nose and exhaling was a sigh let your exhalation be somewhat longer than your inhalation. One more time, please. And release. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears and the back of your neck elongate ground of the head reaching toward the sky. Even as your seat drops toward the earth, you can feel the drawing toward the center that gravity is calling you toward the center of our planet. And you are drawing you're crowned with Sky. Humans are that very special connector between the heavens and the earth. And as you recognize this in your own spine in your own center of your body. You enhance your ability to be the conduit for the spiritual energies flowing from the heavens from the inner realms. and seating into third dimensional reality as it grows through fourth and fifth dimensions expanding the potentials as you expand your breath, you are able to bring in more and more life vitality. So each breath as you are breathing now, notice the prana riding in on the waves of oxygen into your being enlivening all the cells of your body with this lifeforce energy. Some traditions labeled it as prana. Others call it Ching, or Qi. And there are probably many more names. For this step keeps us living and enlivened that we can cultivate and expand upon. Now take a moment to bring your palms together and begin to rub the palms together gently back and forth, more rapidly, more rapidly, more rapidly. Feel the warmth, feel the sheets. And now pots and feel the buzzing energetic feeling. This is the prana in your hands. Now with your hands, your palms slightly apart, point your palms toward each other. And gradually move your palms together and apart. And see if you can feel what feels like an energy field between the palms of your hands. Just moving the palms closer and apart and closer and apart, you can begin to feel that problem. And if you move your hands just a little further apart and see if you can still feel the energy as though it is a ball of light that's in your hands. Our hands have a tremendous amount of prana. And as we cultivate this ability to recognize the prana in our hands, this essential life force which is indeed abundant, there is no shortage of prana relax your hands rest in your lap and abundance is the key note of our speaking to you today. The abundance of breath the abundance of prana the essentially abundant nature of reality and through our breathing and meditating we are going to be cultivating a greater and greater awareness of this essential abundance that permeates all of creation. Now bring the first two fingers of your right hand and touch upon your third eye. And as you draw on your next breath, just draw the breath directly into your third eye. And notice the prana spiraling into your head and out again upon your out breath. So this energy of your breath and you're focusing upon your breaths, expands your awareness and the flow itself that you are able to receive of this essential abundance. Now we are going to spiral draw spirals upon the forehead to account of 36 Drawing toward the left first 1234 Keep breathing in and out of the Third Eye 912 1314 Increasing the prana 1718 1920 2122 20 320-425-2627 And 20 820-930-3130 230-334-3536 Pause, inhale your third eye. Notice how much more deeply the prana and energy penetrates. And exhale, your third eye. Right hand remains stationary. Bring your left hand up to place it upon your heart, heart mind, uniting breaths. Breathe in your third eye, deeply into your head. And exhale that collected energy into your heart, releasing to the heart. Breathe in again as a third eye. And exhale freely, surrendering to the hearts, wisdom. Breathe in again, your third eye and exhale, into your heart, the receptive, gentle, beautiful heart. Now breathe into your heart. Draw the breath deeply into the heart, let it rise up illuminating the mind. And then as you breathe out, drop back down into the heart. Again, breathe in. It's a hard lifting, blending with the minds energy. And exhaling that blended breaths back down into the sweetness of the heart. Once more breathe into the heart. Lift. Blend, and exhale releasing to the heart. Right hand remains stationary. Let your left hand drop to your left. We'll do a few rounds of alternate nostril breathing. Inhale through both sides of your nose. And now exhale out both sides of your nose. Close off your right nostril with your thumb just present with your thumb. Now breathe in the left side only. Close off with your fingers. Lift up your sub Breathe out. Breathe in same side goes off with your sub lift up your fingers in breathe out inhale same side close off. Exhale out the other side inhale same side out other than saying out as insane out other insane out other insane that your hand dropped in your lap and breathe out both now open your eyes and begin tapping on your breathing space with your fingertips. Tapping tapping on your lungs on your upper chest. Tapping your lower ribs. Tap your upper back. Just waking up the lungs. lung cells with your tapping. Alright, pause now. Fingertips are on your upper chest about the lungs. And now breathe in while you're tapping, tapping, tapping padding while you retain the padding. padding. Exhale, let it go. Breathe out all the air in your lungs. Once again, tapping as you inhale tapping, tapping, tapping padding to retain the breast padding. Padding Honey, exhale, let it go. Eyes open, palms up. For two cleansing breaths. Breathe in. Exhale out three puffs. Breathe out all the air. Breathe in again. And cleanse. hands drop to your lap, that cleansing breath when you breathe out. Don't breathe in between the three puffs. One breath in, one breath out, just the out breath is broken into three parts. All right, let's place our hands on either side of the ribcage for ribs, stretching, breath. Sounds can be forward or back whatever is comfortable for your hands. Inhale and as you exhale, press on your ribs with your hands. Using your hands to make the ribs move in. Exhale, exhale, exhale. Breathe in. Again, expand. Feel your ribs expanding under your hands. And now exhale, press with your hands. We're using our hands to begin to make more movement in the ribcage. Eyes open, palms up. Inhale for cleansing breath and cleanse. Breathe in and cleanse hands dropped your lap eyes closed. One minor Yogi exercise. Inhale, let your arms rise and arc so that your palms press above your head above the crown of your head. In a prayer pose. I am whole imperfect. Even as my mother father God is whole and perfect within me. And exhale is your arms drop down to your lap notice all of the additional space that has been created by your breath practice and in that space is clear, calm peace. And you may notice that your breath has a finer quality to it as though the breath itself has changed somehow is more pure and that is the prana which we were speaking of earlier, that lifeforce vitality, that is truly infinitely abundant, there is no shortage. Now, we will do a process that we are calling abundance reset. And as we do this process, we were ideas, thoughts or beliefs about abundance may come to the surface. This is important for you to recognize and witness what it is you believe about the essential nature of reality. For a mass consciousness, there is a popular belief that reality is basically a zero sum game there is only so much to be had. And we must all share and it is a wonderful thing to be generous. But allow the idea to perhaps form as a seed in your consciousness. The reality is infinitely abundant and there is no shortage. There is only the ways that we're using reality and our perceptions and beliefs about it. So the very first step in our abundance reset is to notice the native abundance and by native abundance, I mean that which is naturally occurring and it is most visible in the natural world. Witness Is the oak or the maple or the hickory or the humble grass, which creates an abundance of seeds, so many more than are strictly necessary. The seeds can be food, they can be fertilizer for the soil. They are abundant. witnessed the error and its multitude of molecules. Abundant gaze with your inner eyes upon the stars, so many more than we could possibly count what is the purpose of all of that abundance? We don't know what's a mystery. But it is definitely abundant. There is a vast multitude of stars, and galaxies, Kaz Clem mysterious structures that we have no scientific understanding of yet. There's so much abundance surrounding us everywhere. Now, I encourage you, as you're practicing this, to simply ignore the abundance of that which is unwanted. Just don't pay attention to let it be somewhere else. For in this exercise, we are recognizing that which is of an uplifting nature or that which is neutral. Because in this we place our perception and our amplifying consciousness upon that which is wanted that which is of the higher order the higher octaves of light. When you look upon all of that abundance, does it bring you joy? Can you cultivate joy in this moment, and all of this natural inherit abundance in our reality and all of creation? Can you find joy in the simplest of things, the wagging of the tail of a dog, a smile from child, a good cup of coffee, or a wonderful meal with friends. amplifying Joy brings us closer to the natural abundance, because joy is hopeful, Joy is fresh joy is open. Joy is recognizing the wonder and awe of this amazing creation, which we are so blessed to have a lifetime. So, cultivate joy the next step brings you closer to abundance. It is a very powerful it is the most powerful step in all of what we are doing with you now. This is to be grateful for the abundance of others being grateful for the blessings that other people have brings you closer to your natural abundance than anything you can do. It is a pivot point in how you hold reality for if you are convinced there is only so much and other people are taking your share in abundance remains at a distance and it remains puny. Like a pie that somehow too small for all of us. Why would the Creator have made a reality in which there is not enough for all of the creative? Now I encourage you to make this easy on yourself and find someone who you like who is close to yoo hoo has some abundance that you can witness and be joyful and grateful and happy for them with the purest of heart, not because you know it's going to bring abundance to you, but simply because it's a good thing. It's a good thing and not just monetary abundance. That is the simplest, most rudimentary type of abundance, abundance of love of friends of juicy work, that is so fulfilling of purpose of feeling your feet strongly upon your path. All of these things we can witness in others and be happy and grateful for them. When you begin to practice this way, abundance gives you the free source, you get chills all over. Because you begin to recognize just how abundant reality truly is. How could we have missed this rich, abundant fabric of reality of which we are intimately sewn? We have a part to play in all of this. We start from where we are. We cease asking why me? Why us, we begin to recognize that we simply start where we are. We start recognizing what beliefs we have about the abundant nature of the world. We start where we are by cultivating joy. We start where we are by being grateful for the blessings of others. We just take a step and then another one and then another. And the universe unfolds its abundance before us. Recognize that the scene that we have been speaking of is larger on the inside than on the outside because it is filled with potential. A small acorn can become a mighty oak that pattern is available all around us. Everywhere you look, every inspired idea that you've ever had is a seed of potential. That can open and blossom why because there is abundant resource for that idea. There is an abundant flow of energy that flows through you in your creative aspect through your beautiful hands, your heart, your voice, your eyes, your mind, you are that seed you are that creative production. Now, the final step in our abundance reset is to show that you have recognized how powerful these steps are and how essentially abundant reality is by opening your hands and giving it away. Because in this way, when it comes to you, it flows through you. You are now connected with Source energy you are fully present with the abundance in natural abundance that is your birthright and flows through you. give something away. Be open handed. Be open hearted compliment the person at the grocery store who's checking out your groceries. The person on the corner who asks for $1 gives him one, give them five give him 20 do not wonder what they are going to do with it. Just open and let it move through you and start small it's okay to do it in tiny little steps. but once you engage the momentum and creation in this way, it begins to open to you ideas, substance purpose, you began to see, you began to feel you begin to experience the true nature of our reality. And you begin to realize that the reason it seems so small is just That's how we're looking at it. That's all it's not small at all. It's infinitely huge, vast and you are that this consciousness, you are in that abundance and by opening to your breath, and this practiced way, you are making more space for life to flow through you the simplest. Feel the increased prana flowing through you, as you have practiced with all of us who are breathing and meditating with you, and with all of those who are to come. So take a moment and feel the gratitude for all of us were practicing together and let this light and abundance expand out and out and out like ripples from a pebble dropped on a pond you are now a beacon for abundance. You are now the lighthouse of abundance. Watch for the patterns to unfold around you recognize the seeds when they drop into your hands and give them away imagine all of the people giving freely to each other that which is abundant in your own life. Imagine the little daisy chains going out in out in out in out in out in out and out and do you see the pattern now? You see the abundance now recognize this coming back here it comes back and back and back and back across the hands through the hearts Isn't it beautiful? Bless the earth with your abundant life. Bless all of those in your life. Who could use a little something or a big something for you know the truth now you have borne witness to the true nature of reality there we have done terrific. A terrific piece of work here all together use your breath to call yourself back to your breathing body breathing as your Divine Self breathing as your vast self breathing as your abundant self as your expanded witness to all of the True Potential breathe that into your ordinary life, which is becoming less and less ordinary. That's becoming ordinary magic. Yes, and yes. Breathing into your life breathing into your days. Expanding the light into your body to all of the loved ones, your pets, all of the wild animals in your nature around you the trees, the grass the earth we're filling in the frequencies my friend, we're filling in the frequencies. Bring your hands back together in that practice we did earlier, rubbing your palms together now please see your hands upon your face and wash your face with this prana making your face tender and you're blessed and beautiful.
