Scrubbing Bubbles: Purification

The Guides and Beings of Light are present for us this week to share a sweet, fun practice that involves clearing away all that is ready to be released with effervescent bubbles! Light-filled energies that arise from below move through our energy field and attach to all that is of a lower energy, that which is holding us in a range of frequencies that we are ready to move is easily released. Come play with us!

Blessings and welcome to Miriam's meditations. Thank you for being here on this beautiful day in springtime in the Northern Hemisphere, the traditional time of spring cleaning and clearing. So we're that's what we're going to do today a little bit of cleansing and clearing. So close your eyes and just arrive fully in yourself with gratitude for having a practice for having arrived at that place in your life where your practice is a very important part of all that you are and finding ways to gather with others which this podcast is a gathering with others who are meditating and breathing with you. So as we move into this particular epoch of human evolution, humanity is looking for new ways to be connected with each other. And one of the ways that we are practicing being connected is on the inner planes. So this practice even though you may be sitting alone listening to this recording, please know that there are many others who are breathing and practicing with you. And we can find each other on the inner planes. So as you settle into your seat, stretching your spine up long and all. Make some space for your breath and allow the exhalation to be out of your mouth as a big sigh just letting it all be released, letting go of anything that can be released in this moment. And letting the breath arise naturally. And another open mouth that wonderful sighing is a lovely reset for the nervous system. And it's very clearing and cleansing for your breathing system. So let your breath just be as it is taking notice of how you're breathing today. And as you relax and settle into your breaths allow the crown of the head to reach up toward the sky and lengthen through the back of the neck. So the front of the head reaches toward the sky and the back of the neck stretches long so it means a bit of a chin tuck. Your chin might drop a little bit in space. Now bring your shoulders up, we cluster your ears, squeeze your shoulder blades together behind you and then let your shoulders just drop away from your ears. Let's do that again. Squeeze your shoulders up close to your ears. squeeze your shoulder blades together behind you and try one more time this time, inhale as your shoulders come up close to your ears squeezed together behind you and drop it now we are thinking about our breath aren't we? We are coming fully into the moment as we recognize the breathing flowing in and flowing out. Our practice today will be a bit more emphasis on cleansing and clearing a traditional Spring or Fall practice. So in this moment before we begin, he might call to mind something that you would like to uplift or release or get some more information about so that as we are practicing this cleansing and clearing practice, we will make space for inspiration, ideas, connections and a full opening to our divine nature. From where all this light to an inspiration flows All right, let's bring the first two fingers of the right hand up to touch the third eye. And as you breathe, draw a spiral on your forehead with your fingertip spiraling to 36 going toward the left first. So that's about two times now 345 678-911-1213 1516 1718 1920 2122 2320 420-526-2720 820-930-3130 230-334-3536 Pause, inhale at your third eye. And now exhale out your third eye, allowing the breath to cleanse and clear that third eye opening to intuition and inner perception and knowing. Now left hand comes up to touch your heart, right hand remains stationary at the third eye. heart mind, uniting breath. Breathe in at your third eye, drawing the breath deep into your head. Collecting the energy there of with the breath. And as you exhale, let the breath drop into the heart space. Breathe in again at the third eye and exhale easily into the heart, releasing the mind as the hearts wisdom. Once more breathing and of the Third Eye collecting and gathering and releasing as you exhale fully and completely surrendering to the heart. Now breathing at your heart, and as you breathe in, allow the breath to lift into the mind. blending with the minds energy and then exhaling that blended breath back down into the heart. Breathe into the heart, the breath rises, blends and exhale easily. Releasing to the heart once again. One more time. Breathe in at the heart. Lift. Blend and exhale. heart and mind are wedded in a spiritual union. Right hand remain stationary left hand drops to your lap. alternate nostril breathing balancing left and right hemispheres of the brain. Breathe in through both sides of your nose and exhale through both sides of your nose. Now close off the right side with your thumb and breathe and the left side only now close off with your fingertips lift up yourself. breathe out breathe in same side clothes off lift up your fingers breathe out breathe in saying out other insane out other insane out other insane other insane

insane let your hand dropped to lap and breathe out both feel that balancing and harmonizing of your breath practice. Notice the quietness within. Alright, now let's open our eyes and begin tapping on the breathing space. tapping, tapping, tapping, padding. really stimulating all of the cells of the lungs. All right. Fingertips on your upper chest. Exhale all the air in your lungs. And now breathe in. tapping, tapping all of the breathing space tapping, tapping padding as you retain the breath, padding. padding. padding. Exhale, let it go. Good, exhale, inhale, tapping, tapping, tapping padding as you retain the breath, padding, padding. And exhale, let it go. There. Alright, now why is open for cleansing breaths. Breathe in full and complete. And as you exhale, three short puffs. Again, breathe in eyes open. Cleanse and we'll do one more breathe in. Good. Hands come to either side of your ribcage, your lower ribs. Your thumbs can be back on your back ribs or they can be alongside your hands depending on how your hands feel. Either one is fine. exhale all the air in your lungs. Good. Now breathe in full and complete. And as you breathe out, this time, press your ribs in moving your ribs with your hands. Breathe in again. And exhale, press. Let's do one more. Breathe in. And exhale, press. Eyes open palms up for cleansing breaths. Breathe in. Exhale and cleanse. Again, breathe in. Cleanse once more cleanse all right, close your eyes. Let your hands rest in your lap. Notice your breath now. Notice how your breath is changing over the course of your practice. Creating clear open space inside your body and in your whole aura, all of the energy around you your third body. These cleansing breaths are very powerful and can help you release any unwanted energies or lower frequency energies even if they don't have a name. Alright, let's do two surrender breaths and a couple of cleansing breaths. First, let's just inhale and exhale. Now inhale, a full and complete breath rising to the top at the top swallow without exhaling, inhale a little more breath right up into the top of your chest. Now squeeze your belly and let a little air out. inflate your belly and now surrender. exhale fully and completely. Again, breathe in a full and complete breath rising to the top swallow. Inhale into the upper chest. Squeeze your belly and exhale just a bit. Fill your belly and exhale, surrendering. Eyes open for a cleansing breath breathe in and cleanse once more and cleanse hands dropped down to your lap close your eyes. Wiener Yogi exercise, inhale fully and completely rising to the top. As you inhale, your arms are akin to a prayer pose above your head. I call forth a divine blueprint of perfection, that is my true nature and exhale as your arms fall down to your lap. You are your Divine Self. That which is the greater Hume higher in frequency than your soul. Your soul is as an intermediary between your personality self and your Divine Self. That expansive, eternal, wise compassionate, joy filled you. Allow yourself to expand out and out becoming aware of your divine nature and that vaster you that is your divine self. Your brilliant ideas. Your purpose your most expansive nature and highest octaves of light are this divine self and your perfect pattern of being for both your body all of your bodies your emotional body, your mental body, your spirit body come from this divine self. So as you practice becoming the Divine Self recognizing your true nature, you expand on all levels of your being. And you might perceive this divine self as a core of light in the center of your being a brilliance radiant resonating with the highest frequencies of light to allow yourself to lift into these higher frequencies you as light. Notice if there are any flows of energy that you can follow with your consciousness with your focus perhaps a downpouring of brilliant white light that illuminates everything through your own being and flows through you out and out. This source energy this Divine Light is ever abundant. There is no limit as you practice this breathing practice that we are about in this time together you create space space between your molecules space in your divine pattern for this beautiful light and brilliance that is you in these higher octaves in this holy realm to flow through into your ordinary everyday life as you reach out for your Divine Self, your Divine Self reaches back to you now, we had set upon ourselves to do a cleansing and clearing and going to the next level to a purification reifying the energies entails allowing that which is of a lower frequency to be washed away with this divine light and it almost requires no effort really, except to set an intention to allow that which is of the lower frequencies that might have been hampering you standing in your way tethering you to a lower vibration or frequency of light to be released, and that is simply it a simple release. So, now the guides have prepared for us a marvelous exercise and we are calling it the scrubbing bubbles. Because that is the joyful image. So all below you all around you. There is this effervescence. And it is collecting below you as a field of fizziness. And as you are watching in your mind's eye in your beautiful, powerful imagination, these Scrubbing Bubbles are lifting through your entire field, enormous field of light that you are. And they are fizzing their way along, lifting of their own accord. And as they scrub through your energy field, they are gathering to themselves all of these brilliant, tiny little gem like bubbles, all that is ready to go. It's so simple. We are just allowing this gift from the guides this effervescence, like the clearest, most beautiful fizzy water that you might drink on a warm day. All around you, some of the bubbles are actually sort of large. And they can collect even more of this energy that is ready to be released from your field. Anything that you are done with there goes any lower frequency energies, you may not even know where they came from, they may not even have a name. It is one of the marvels of breath practice and these energy practices is that so much of the activity on our part as humans is simply allowing it, releasing to it and allowing this entertaining fizziness to flow all around us. And up and away. As it is blown along as though it has a kind of life of its own. There it goes. And the guides and the beings of light who are with us here are offering this delightful imagery as a reminder not to take ourselves so seriously to allow ourselves to play in the light and the energies to be buoyant, like all of these bubbles that are flowing through our being right now. So now the effervescence is quieting and the bubbles are flowing away. And you are lifting because you are so much lighter now than you were before. So simply allow your brilliant beautiful field of divine essence that is you To lift and to recognize these higher frequencies of light that are all around now you are so beautiful the divine pattern now is much clearer and more accessible. So that you are much more able to discern your purpose. Your next steps to aligned with Randy Foos, and resources for all that is truly meant for you. This unlimited abundance of life and joy, peace and harmony, well being. And as we live to there is a grid work of life of forms, all around us. Very, very radiant and beautiful. And we have a home here, in this grid work of light, places where we can offer that pure essence of who we are. This gridwork of light is being held and created by beings of vast consciousness who are preparing the way for Humanity's next steps. This is a gathering place where you can visit anytime, to offer your light or to receive light to God, guidance and inspiration, you become part of that which is becoming for all of creation, all of consciousness this beautiful lighted grid work may allow yourself to move freely through the grid work of light. Simply going where your consciousness leads you. Whatever area feels attractive to you. Allow yourself simply to move about with ease and joy curiosity for you are welcomed here you are a worker in the light realms and you have much to offer you are one of the great ones was come in this time to offer light, compassion, love and blessing through all that you do and all that you are so as we learn to gather on the inner planes and recognize each other we create openings for all of humanity to do the same. To now in our cleared and clarified energies may return to awareness of our divine self as a pillar of light in the center of our being and recognize how much more easily we can perceive ourselves and our divine nature how much more clear we are how uplifted and joyful filled with light now calling yourself all the way back to your breathing body. And recognizing all of the clarity in your body that is in place now. And you can use these clearing practices at any time. To clear anything you would like from your body. The Divine blueprint that we speak of in our breath practice is perfect in whole a all times. So just recognize that you have the tools to realign yourself. And again, allowing and getting out of the way is often the activity that is called for all right, much beautiful work has been done here by all of you who have gathered now and on into the future.
