Chapter 13: Your Mind, you Inner Dialogue and Personal Broadcast

From Orin: “Your mind puts out a powerful broadcast of energy.” He goes on to tell us that our inner dialogue is important, as it determines the events people and objects that we attract. This week we use our minds to create higher energy language around our bodies, ourselves and those around us. Words matter. Some words have higher energy, for instance, love has higher frequency than like. Our practice today helps us let go of old out-dated thoughts and beliefs, replacing them with higher words such as peace, hope, harmony, well-being, joy, kindness, compassion, beauty. We learn about a fun exercise we can do anywhere and any time, where we think of a high-energy word for each letter of the alphabet: Abundance, Beauty, Clarity, Devotion, Enthusiasm, Freedom, Growth and so on. Music. Welcome to Miriam's meditations. It's a beautiful, shining, brilliant day where I am speaking, and I hope it is where you are too. Now you are finding more and more that you have a sense of peace around you or in your heart, and the tools that you need to create the life that you deserve. And we are continuing to work through personal power, through awareness, by sunneiroman, a guidebook for sensitive people. And this week, we are on chapter 13, your mind, inner dialog and personal broadcast. And Oren tells us your mind puts out a powerful broadcast of energy. It also determines how you experience the world and what you create. Your thoughts are magnetic. They go out from you and draw to you those things you think about. Your inner dialog is so important for the way you speak to yourself determines the events, people and objects you attract, and you begin by watching your inner dialog. Owen tells us that saying high loving words over and over raises the mind's vibration, and in this chapter, shares with us a really delightful practice. And if you've never done this, it's super fun. You say the alphabet to yourself, and you say a high loving word for each letter of the alphabet. Try it while you're walking your dog. Or is it doing the dishes? So abundance, beauty, care, devotion, energy. These are all just very high frequency words, and as you practice it, get all the way to the end of the alphabet, start over receiving and find some different words to use. And it's just it's really a fun, uplifting thing to do. So if you find yourself in a place where you're not thinking thoughts that make you feel good, you're spiraling into lower frequency energies. This is a really nice way to lift yourself up and change the energy, change the frequency of your broadcast that's coming from you, from your mind. You can learn to control your thoughts. And part of what we've been doing through this book is learning about who we truly are, so that we can distinguish what's coming in from mass consciousness? What's coming in from our historical patterns, maybe some things we received from our parents or family of origin, or things that they received ancestral patterns that we've been carrying. These are all things that we've been doing as we've been reading along through this book and listening to oren's beautiful energy, so that we can begin to understand how much we participate in creating our own reality, and how we are doing it, and how we can begin to change the frequency of that energy, To come to a place where our collaboration is of the highest order. So right now, before we begin our pranayama practice, call yourself to your center and recognize the progress that you have been making as you have been learning your breath practice, practicing along with us, listening for your inner voice, your Higher Self, your guide, acting upon that wisdom, learning to have faith in yourself and your ability to hear this deeper Wisdom and these higher truths, and also revealing to you belief patterns that you may have been holding. So a belief is something that you either inherited from the people around you or your family of origin, or it's a thought you keep thinking because you've decided it's the way things are based on your experience, and a lot of our beliefs are invisible to us. So as we have sat with our breath and listened, I hope it is becoming very apparent to you which of your beliefs are really serving your deeper truth and your most authentic self in which you may have outgrown or never really were true for you. You just had them imprinted upon you, and you have found ways to rephrase, reestablish that deep communication. With your vaster true self, and now you recognize that self, don't you? As you have been doing these practices along with us, it's easier and easier to find that core of who you truly are. It just becomes. You don't even have to think about it anymore. So let's do our pranayama practice, just breathing in and breathing out a full and complete breath. You can let it go with a sigh, which is a really wonderful place to drop your shoulders away from your ears, brings us into our quiet autonomic nervous system. That deep exhalation allows us to more fully and completely release all that can be released in this moment, from our bodies, from our emotional senses, from the mind coming right to center. So now let's bring the first two fingers of the right hand up to touch the third eye. Breathe in at your third eye, spiral the breath in and breathe out at your third eye, spiraling the breath out and begin your spirals, drawing the spirals on your forehead with your fingertips going toward The left. First, begin 1-234-567-8910, 1112, 1314, 1516, 1718, 19. 1920 2122 2320 420-526-2720, 820-930-3130, 230-334-3530, 3435 36 pause, breathe in at your third eye and breathe out at your third eye and recognize the openness and the cleansing and clarity that comes about with your breath practice. Right hand remains at your third eye. Left hand comes up, place it upon your heart. Heart mind, uniting breaths, breathe in at your third eye, drawing the breath deeply into the mind and exhale that energy into your heart. The heart receives, breathe in again your third eye, exhale into your heart, releasing. The mind releases to the heart. Breathe in at your third eye, the heart receives the breath from the third eye, from the mind, surrender. Breathe in at your heart. Allow the breath to rise up into the mind, collecting energy there, gathering and then exhaling that blended breath back down into the heart. Breathe in at the heart. Lift, blend, exhale into the heart. Breathe in at your heart, allow the breath to rise, illuminating the mind and exhale that blended energy surrendering to the sweetness of the heart. Heart and Mind are wedded in a spiritual union. You. Right Hand remains stationary. You can let your left hand drop to your lap, or you could place it on your abdomen. Alternate nostril, breathing, inhale and exhale through both sides of the nose, mouth is closed. Now, close off your thumb, your right nostril, and breathe in the left side only. Close off with your fingers, lift up your thumb, breathe out the right side, only breathe in same close off. Lift up your fingers. Breathe out, breathe and same, close off out other, breathe and same, out other and breath in, same out, other insane, let your hand drop to your leg, breathe out both. Just pause for a moment, breathing in and breathing out a sweet and easy, peaceful breath. All right, let's open our eyes and tap upon the breathing space. Tap you might tilt your chin up, let your eyes look up. Make some more space in the upper chest. Tap upon your upper back. Tap upon your lower ribs and Ah, alright. Pause, bring your fingertips back up. You can look straight ahead now, your chin level with the floor. Fingertips upon your chest. Now our eyes are open, and we begin tapping on the breathing space as we inhale, tapping, tapping, tapping, patting as you retain the breath, patting, patting, patting, exhale, let it go again. Inhale, tapping, tapping, tapping all over the breathing space, tapping, patting as you retain the breath, exhale, let it go. Palms up, eyes open, cleansing breath, breathe in. Cleanse again, cleanse and hands on either side of your lower rib cage, rib stretching breath. Inhale a full and complete breath, and as you exhale, press with your hands on your ribs, move the ribs. Exhale completely as you can good, Breathe in and exhale. Press. Palms up, eyes open, cleansing breath. Breathe in, cleanse breathe in, cleanse. Eyes closed, let your hands rest in your lap and let's do a surrender breath. Breathe in a full and complete breath, and rising all the way to the top. Pause and Retain the breath. Swallow, inhale a little bit more breath in the upper chest. Let your abdomen release a bit of breath. Fill the abdomen with breath. And release and surrender, letting go, releasing to your own inner being, your source, your wisdom, again, full and complete, breath rising to the top, pause as you swallow, inhale into your upper chest, exhale a little bit from your abdomen. Breathe in at the abdomen and surrender, letting everything go eyes open for a cleansing breath. Palms up. Breathe in, three short puffs out, exhaling completely. Breathe in again, three puffs out and ah, releasing all that can be released in this moment, one minor Yogi exercise, inhale arms, arc up into a prayer pose above your head, I call forth from my pure center of being out and out my perfect blueprint of being and exhale as your arms fall down to your lap. If in the minor Yogi exercise, arcing your arms above your head is not available to you, simply bring your hands together at your heart and prayer pose, we meet our bodies where they are, and we thank them deeply with sincere gratitude for carrying our consciousness throughout this lifetime. Your body is a sacred collection of patterns, geometric shapes, very high, pure patterns of light and sacred sound frequencies, all manner of microbial life, tiny beings. Think about how you speak to your body or speak about your body, just for a moment, notice the words you use to describe your body. And in this moment of gratitude for your body, see if you can devise some higher frequency words. They don't have to be sentences, but simply words, if you like vitality, health and wellbeing. Gratitude, balance, harmonious beautiful, these beautiful patterns of light that we perceive as our bodies, our most intimate creation will benefit from the highest frequency language that we can create around our bodies. For a moment, imagine the highest frequency words you can and say them to yourself. I am health, I am vitality, I am beauty, whatever brings you to a place of deep appreciation and high octave light. And when you move away from this meditation moment into your world, recall these words about your body, and do your very best to use this language. I have healed. I am healthy. Speak in the now and if. Your mind gives you a little cognitive dissonance saying, well, that's not quite true. Just ignore it. Just play pretend. Imagine our bodies listen deeply to the words we use, and cannot tell when we are just imagining. So we can use that to great benefit. You might also draw into your Being from above a gentle blue light. Imagine this light coming down from above, from source, a gift from source to you in this moment, a soft, blue, healing tone of light. And it enters through the crown of your head and moves into your head, creating harmony and beauty wellness, calling all the patterns to higher and higher tones and octaves greater resonance with Source energy, with your soul. And now this blue light, this soft, gentle, angelic light, yes, moves to your throat, your shoulders, your arms and your hands, down your trunk, all of the muscles of your torso, and deep inside all of your organs, just Let that beautiful light fill the entirety of your torso and bless each of your organs in turn. And this is becoming your mental broadcast about your body. Is this soothing blue light and your new phrases and words for this body and the light moves down to your hips and your buttocks, your thighs and your lower legs and feet, until all of you is brimming With this beautiful resonance it may even extend outside The boundaries of your body, so refreshing, like a cool beverage on a warm day. Now, for a moment, think about the words you use about yourself as a person, a man or a woman, a non binary person, a tall person, a short person, whatever kind of person you are, but think about the words you use to describe yourself. Are these high frequency words. So just a little bit about words. The frequency of a word like release, which we used earlier in letting go of the energy from the head to the heart, has a certain resonance and tone. And the word surrender has a higher, more pure vibration, a richer tone. So notice a difference between a word like release, a perfectly nice word, but rather an ordinary reality level word and surrender, which is a higher order word, a richer word is more inherent power, higher order patterns and same thing with the words love and light. I like things, many things. The word love has a very different, more full and rich, higher tone. I. So we turn to our thought, our thoughts about ourselves. Are you a little hard on yourself? Maybe spend a moment rephrasing some of the words and phrases you use to describe yourself, either to others or in the privacy of your own consciousness. Words are magnetic. They are immensely powerful. So choose wisely how you describe yourself and use the words in The now. Ah, loving, joyful, creative, enthusiastic, funny, vitality, brilliant, heart, beautiful, loving, compassionate, caring, kind, so kind, so generous, giving with the Open hand, expecting nothing in return, but knowing that the essential generosity of the universe is the water in which you swim, it's the world in which we move. There is inherent abundance all around us, and as it flows, it expresses its generosity when we create space through our generosity, we open space for more to flow. This is a truth about our world. Now notice how you are feeling using all of this brilliant languaging, there's a kind of a lift about it. There's a shimmer. You are shimmering these words applied to you creates a shimmer in your aura, a little zip in your step, a lift your smile. We all know life is challenging. Life gives us challenges. In order for us to grow you in other words, that meet life, strength, courage, purpose, power, spiritual power. This is not a Pollyanna. Hide your head in the sand. Wave being this is an intensely powerful way to meet the world with an open heart. Because with an open heart, source flows through you out. Yes. Do you feel your heart opening? How can we meet this challenging world and keep our hearts open? How can we lean into the difficult places and maintain our high frequency tone when you are walking on this path, spiritual growth, and you have in your field of energy all of these high Frequency words, and you use them about yourself and others. Now think about people you know all around you. Imagine them in a circle all around you, and you are radiating this powerful energy, these high toned words they may receive, if they think of you in ways that may be lesser than in patterns that are old, outdated. Perhaps there is an unhealed place and you are sending out these frequencies, of these high, pure tones. It sends that energy right back to them, and it is up to them what they are going to do with. It. It is not an act of being punitive. It is simply an act of replacing with truth that which is of a lower order, that is all, that is all, and it has an opportunity to dissolve with him and you. What are you saying about others in the privacy of your own heart, in the words and language that you use? Ah, maybe that could use a little work as well. And we have been doing this as we have been moving through these pages of this lovely work. We have been tuning ourselves to this higher and higher vibration so that we are the expression of our soul, freely moving through this reality, changing, offering, growing abundantly, sharing simply by being who we are who we are becoming our soul embodied. Now you are breathing as your soul. You are breathing as your deepest being, and as you allow this brilliant you to fully embody and express and experience, you change the reality around you. It cannot be otherwise. How expensive you are now, how thrilled with brilliant tones, patterns, mandala of light, and all of those around you, and all of those who are breathing with us now, all of those who are meditating and creating this harmonious field, walking side by side, sharing, freely, borrowing from each other. Do you feel that expansive nature? This is real. This is open, hopeful. Forward looking, eyes raised, seeing the new dawn and living it into being. How is the new world going to be built? It is built through our living. We are living it into being that is so juicy and delicious that as we play and be joyful, we are living it into being as we are loving and caring, embracing we are living it into being as we are tuning our broadcast so that we are offering absolutely the highest that we can reach in any moment and picking ourselves up and dusting ourselves off if we fall off the beam for a moment. For the Masters tell us that mastery is not how long you remain in these higher spaces, but how quickly you return you so we just practice. Now we are in a very different place than where we started. Let's just breathe for a moment and bask. Your Great Beings of Light have joined us and are singing to US, angelic voices, limbering up, gentle, brilliant frequencies of light are being offered to all of us, imbuing our personal field of light with gentleness and shimmer from the highest spiritual levels, this is a gift and gratitude for all that we are doing to raise our personal vibration and letting it expand out, freely given no boundaries. Offering gratitude for these beings that have responded to our brilliant light, our shared vibration, that high, beautiful space that we just reached truly remarkable. We are holding a space of light for all opening doorways, every single breath, looking for the beauty, saying our alphabet of high beautiful words, enjoy.
