Music. Welcome to Miriam's meditations. Thank you for joining today. It's a beautiful day in the very late summer, early fall. The sky is blue. The air is clear. Where I'm living now, there's a small, very tiny airport that's having an air show next weekend, so my sky is full of really interesting aircraft, tiny little planes, and all descriptions just sort of Todd around in the sky. It's very sweet. I'm enjoying the VISTA. New way of looking at things. So today's work, personal power through awareness, since a guidebook for sensitive people by seneo Roman and we are on a chapter about telepathy, understanding non verbal communication and Oren, our guide through this work tells us there are two types of communication, verbal and non verbal. The telepathic is the nonverbal, and we've all experienced telepathy. We constantly receive emotional and mental telepathic messages from all around us, people we love, our friends, the world itself, our neighborhood, and we can learn to deal with these messages by working with our minds. So let's close our eyes for now and just breathe. Come fully and completely into your space before the moment. Let's just let the outside world drop away and the very first instruction in learning how to clearly understand telepathy and telepathic messaging is to get in touch with who you are, which has been a big part of our work as we have journeyed together through these chapters of this lovely book. What is my signal? What is it like inside my mind, my emotional self, my body, and as we have closed our eyes and breathed in this mindful, meaningful way, was my hope that you have come to learn more and more clearly your true signal of who you are and the signal that you Put out into the world for you are at choice about that signal you put out into the world. A great deal of it comes from what you think about, which can lead you to have certain feelings or other feelings, just letting your breath be beautiful and smooth with each exhalation, relaxing your shoulders away from your ears. Ah, long, smooth, complete exhalation, releasing totally creating space. So that when your breath does draw in again, you are drawing in. Imagine it as a crystal, clear light that's flowing into your being along with your breath. This is the finer quality of the breath, the prana, or the life force, the vitality, which is your birthright to be able to draw this vitality in on your breath. It goes on beneath your notice through the blessing of your autonomic nervous system, even when you are not paying attention or sleeping. But in this practice, we pay some attention to our breathing so that we can organize the breath in such a way to be of the highest service to the entirety of our being. So this is a big part of what we have been practicing, and as we have practiced together, I hope that you are finding places in your breath that can be resolved into higher and higher patterns of wellness, and many times that means letting go of something. It might be a repetitive thought that causes you anxiety that you have now identified and allowed to release to be replaced with something that is more loving and supportive, perhaps a tone of light that comes from your soul, who is always available, sending you messages of love and upliftment. And now on your next breath, think about the front of your body opening and maybe even coming forward a little bit, so you might squeeze your shoulder blades together and arch your back a little bit as you are breathing in and then exhaling, let that go, just release. So do a few rounds of breath that way. As you are inhaling, you are opening your abdomen, you are opening your heart area, maybe even looking up as you inhale, and then as you exhale, just release it all. Relax your neck. Everything comes back to neutral one more time, breathing in, opening the front of the body and exhaling, releasing, relaxing, letting go, coming into center and now, before we do our pranayama breath practice, I want to speak just for a few brief moments about the third eye opening. We do this practice with our fingertips on our forehead and draw these circles, these spirals on our forehead as we are drawing the breath in this very specific practice, clears your mental body, opens your intuition. Perhaps you have noticed, as you have been practicing with us, that you are getting clearer and clearer messaging you are beginning to understand what is you, what is yours, and what is coming from others. So before we begin that, just draw your breath into your third eye as it is a spiral flowing in. There is a pineal gland right in the center behind your forehead that some say, is the repository of your intuition, that it is your third eye. And here's an interesting thing about the third eye when it's open, it is looking in. It looks inward into the vastness, into the vibratory essence of who you truly are and what the world truly is for it is interior. It is an interior experience that we have externalized. This externalization is primarily a cultural artifact. So your open third eye is a window to infinity. So let's bring the first two fingers of the right hand touch the third eye, and we'll spiral to 36 going toward the left Shoulder. 32 3330 334, 3536 pause, breathe in at your third Eye. Exhale at your third eye, cleansing and clearing, bringing light into your mind, your mind, your mental body, is all around your head, up to several feet, around your head. And this practice clears the mental body and body. Now leave your right hand touching your third eye. Left hand up to place it upon your heart, heart and mind uniting breath, breathe in at your third eye and. Exhale that energy into your heart and notice how the heart willingly receives the energy of the mind. Breathe in again at your third eye, exhale into your heart. Heart and Mind begin to blend. Once more, breathe in at the third eye and exhale into the heart. Now, breathe in at your heart. Allow the breath to rise, lifting into the third eye, blending and exhaling that blended energy back down into the heart, allowing the heart's wisdom to inform the mind. Breathe in at your heart, let the breath rise, blending with the mind and exhaling into the heart. Once more, breathe in at your heart, lift, blend and exhale into the heart. Heart and Mind are wedded in a spiritual union. Left hand drops to your lap. Right Hand remains stationary, alternate nostril breathing, breathe in through both sides of your nose, exhale through both sides of your nose. Close off your right nostril with your thumb. Breathe in the left side only close off with your fingers, lift up your thumb, breathe out and out breathe In same side, close off out other in same breath. Out other, insane, out other and in same, out other. In safe, out other insane. At others insane. Let your hand drop to your lap and breathe out both balanced, coherent, resonant breaths feel how this alternate nostril breathing has organized your mental body even further. It brings the left and right hemispheres of the brain into balance. And notice, if you can all of those who are breathing with us right now, imagine a circle of friends who have just completed this breath exercise together, and we are all in the same coherent field of energy with cleared mental bodies. Now back to your own mental body. Each of us has a grid work of light that is specific to our own mental body, and you might picture that any way you shall any visual or sensing that comes to mind about your mental body. For in order to be a good telepathic receiver, you must have a clear mental body. This type of telepathy. Exercise that we are learning about in this moment is when you are very quiet. This is when you are most able to receive and send. Now for a moment, shift your attention to your emotional body. For part of telepathy is also the sending and receiving of emotional messages. Ask your soul for some assistance in calming and quieting your emotional body. Just as you exhale, let your shoulders drop away from your ears and as you blow out or breathe out, allow yourself to release any emotional waves or tensions or emotions themselves that you would like to just allow to Move along flowing away. Your emotional body is a flow. The most important thing about the emotional body is flow, allowing the emotions to move. Be fluid, as though we are a fluidity like water, which, in truth, is what we are. We are far more fluid than we are solid. Now check in with your physical body and let it relax, perhaps starting with your hands. Let them be loose and soft in your lap, and let that relaxation go to your arms and your shoulders, your face, neck and head are relaxed. Your entire torso feels soft and easy, and your breath is very fluid, very peaceful. Your legs are a little heavy. Your feet are soft, so your whole body is just very relaxed, very easy. You Now the easiest message to send and receive is love. Our entire universe is created out of love. It is the most powerful energy in the whole of creation. So think of someone you love, and send them your love and notice what may be coming back toward you, any thoughts or ideas about that person, your relationship with this person. When you broadcast love in this specific way, you're sending a telepathic message that is easily received. In fact, if you think of someone as you are moving through your day, they just pop into your head. It's very likely that they're thinking of you and that you have received a telepathic message. Notice if you are receiving anything while you are in this very quiet and restful state, you. Now, what is your habitual thought pattern? Maybe see it as a mandala of light or as an image of some kind, a pattern that you use as your set point for this person that you love. Are you concerned for them? Is there something going on that is causing you some worry? Is your pattern about this person consistently uplifting and high one of the most powerful gifts we can give other is our telepathic messages of well being, health, love, blessing, joy, cheering them on. From within, you go. You can do it. You can do whatever is in your heart, in your hands, in your mind, in your music. When we hold these high spiritual tones, these beautiful Mandalas of light for those that we love them, whenever they think of us, this is the telepathic message they receive. If you have concerns for this person you love, see if you can adjust that to a different message and replace the lower order thoughts, whatever they may be, with a hopeful energy, with an expectation of a highest and best outcome. You can even just say beautiful words like peace, joy abundance, care. Notice how you feel when you think of these beautiful words and these qualities. These are flows of frequencies that are abundant in our world. And when you are placing your consciousness upon these ideals, you are amplifying them. You are drawing them through from the infinite abundance of divinity in the divine into the world that we express and that we seek to influence. This is the easiest way to have influence in the world is to align with these high, pure tones and let them flow right through you, and when you hold these frequencies, these pure Mandalas of light, and you broadcast them now your telepathic message to this person you love, to all whom you Love, even to those with whom you are having some challenge, can you find a way to be in gratitude for this person who is giving you this challenging Experience? Ah, not so easy, or perhaps completely simple. You just look for a new VISTA and recognize that each person in the world is truly doing the best they know how. Perhaps they are not as fortunate as you to have a spiritual practice and who have access to these wise teachers like Oren, gratitude is a very high stance, gratitude for our beloveds, gratitude for the people who are In our world who are asking of us something that is challenging to give, but when you can find a bit of a step back consciousness, a bit of a space between you and the immediacy of Your life, from your powerful flowing emotions from your rattling brain that makes all of that noise. When you are in this quiet repose, you are so close to your trueness, your wiseness, your oneness, that. You simply become it and all those things that seem so challenging a moment ago, there's a little space now where you can think a different thought and have a different style of energy about it, a different flavor of energy, a different color of energy. Now it gets very different when you apply these ideas to the energy flows around you. Now, your telepathic message has a richness and a coherence and an authenticity that comes from your truest nature. Your soul speaks, your soul breathes with you. Now listen for telepathic messages. The world is a bit of a cacophony, is it not? You can learn to attune your receiver to these higher and higher frequencies, to your soul, your guide, your beloved ones, your purpose, and the more you practice at this, guiding your busy little mind, which is powerful and wonderful and only wants to serve you, Guide that mind with these higher and higher frequencies No, you are a choice. You are a choice about the messages you receive. You can simply send love back along to someone who is trying to intrude upon your psychic space, sending you messages you would prefer not to hear not to receive. You are a choice so many of us who are sensitive and our beautiful aurang book is a handbook, a guidebook for sensitive people. You have probably been bombarded by this psychic and telepathic messaging all of your life, and not known that you are a choice about receiving. I you can learn to tune into what you want to tune into and send love back along the channel to whatever it is that you would like to, not receive, not participate in. And Aha, there is a beautiful action here that is taking place. It is not a pushing against. It is a return of love. So when that comes in your direction, if you send back this beautiful light, and if it is difficult for you with this word love, this word love has many connotations, not all of them accurate. It's in light. Imagine the purest, most exquisite light that is coming from your soul and higher and higher through you. Radiance. Radiant, and you can direct it with your thoughts and your consciousness, with your heart. Send light, send light to those whom you think you may have wronged. Ask for forgiveness. Forgive yourself, clear your field for you too are doing the best you know how, and we all stumble and all, but as a very wise one, once said, mastery is not how long you remain in the high spaces, but how quickly you return. So return over and over to the. High spaces. And soon, very soon, the momentum will begin to carry you, and you will simply be there, living your best life, shining your true colors. Oh, breathing as your Divine Self you the great ones are here, and they are singing to us a beautiful tune and attunement to our earnest efforts, our efforts at following these messages and tuning into our own heart, our own mind, our own beam of truths, being on the beam, listening for the truth, recognizing it easily, and acting upon the truth that we know that We are so the great ones have come beautiful beings of light, singing for us and attunement. Allow this into your heart And mind, if you choose you just like the harvest comes in the fall, you are harvesting the fruits of your efforts. You will recognize them as your path smooths out as the resources come as you align with those delightful rendezvous. All right, come back to your body, perhaps Rub your palms along your thighs, just reconnecting with your physical body and the world around you, even before you open your eyes, many times in the depths of these meditations, when I open my eyes, the world looks different. It's shinier, it's more beautiful. So I wish that for you, that you come from your meditative place out into the world changed and recognizing that brilliance that you see out there is you in your joyful self, I bring my hands together at my heart in deep appreciation and thanksgiving for all of you who listen and breathe with us and who are the light of The world.
