It has been my honor and privilege to share the practice of breath and meditation with you. This journey started in 2020 as a way to offer support to others during Covid. After 169 episodes and over 11,000 downloads, I am concluding this podcast. I thank all of you who have listened, shared and downloaded over these years. The podcast will remain up for a few more weeks so if you have a favorite episode, you’ll have time to download it. So one more time, let’s breathe and meditate together. Hmm. Welcome to Miriam's meditations. I thank you all for all of your beautiful attention over the span of time that this podcast has been alive. And today marks the end of my journey as a podcaster for Miriam's meditations, and this will be my last podcast episode. And over the four years that I've been doing this, since COVID began, I have released over 165 episodes and had 11,000 downloads, which is an 11,000 impressions of people who have listened and breathed along with us and meditated with us for the upliftment of our own spiritual practice, for our communities and our world. And I thank you for your energetic contribution for that because that's real. It's meaningful, and it is the thing that makes the change it is the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible. That's the thing that we are co creating together, and this little podcast has been a small part of that journey for all of humanity. And I thank you deeply for the honor of you are listening and breathing with us as we have made this journey together. So let's just close our eyes and draw your attention to the inner planes, to that place inside where things are filled with light and you are who you are, you have called your attention into your inner focus, Listening with inner ears, waiting for the inspiration, the clarity that comes from our practiced practice. And so as we begin, the first thing we always do is pay attention to our breath and notice where the breath is in this day. And just breathing in and breathing out, and let your shoulders drop away from your ears, and as you do that, allow the exterior world and all of its cares and concerns to fall away from you for a moment, and for all of these moments that we are sitting here together, meditating and breathing, that the outside world is an expression. And as Abraham would say, it's just a jumping off place. It's just the starting point. Just because things have happened does not mean that they will continue to happen in that same way. The future, the spacious now, is wide open and filled with light. So let each breath that comes into your body be a moment to draw that light in the prana that surrounds us at all times, perhaps envisioning it as a light from the Sun drawing into your body and circulating to All of yourselves and just exhaling freely and easily, softly, relaxed and again, breathing in and exhaling, and as you exhale, open The back of the head and neck, there is a doorway there into which the light can enter. It's very simple, just let it open and there is light. Is it coming from you? Is it coming from somewhere else? Doesn't matter. There's light, yes, just like that. It's golden and beautiful and so nourishing. And in all of these weeks and collaborations that we have made in breathing and meditating together. We have been cultivating this light. We have been recognizing it. We have been making space for it. We have been opening to it, amplifying it, circulating it, radiating it. All about this light, the spiritual light, a sustenance, an expansion of who we are, yes, just like that. So let's bring the first two fingers of the right hand up to touch the third eye, and before we begin our spirals at the third eye, let's take a clean breath right into the third eye, spiraling deeply into your head and exhaling out the third eye. So as you make your spirals on your third eye, keep breathing at the Third Eye and begin, 1-234-567-8910, 1112, 1314, 1516, 1718, 1920, 1920 2122 2320 420-526-2720, 820-930-3130, 230-334-3536, pause. Inhale at your third eye and exhale at your third eye. Right hand remains stationary. Left hand comes up to place upon your heart. Heart, mind uniting, breath, breathe in at your third eye, and exhale into your heart. Breathe in at your third eye, draw the breath in deeply, collecting the energy there and exhale into your heart, releasing to the heart's wisdom. Breathe in at your third eye, and exhale into your heart. Heart and Mind begin to blend. Now, breathe in at your heart. Allow the breath to rise illuminating the mind, and then exhale that blended energy back down into the heart. Breathe in at your heart. Allow the breath to rise and exhale back down to the sweetness of the heart. Once more, breathe in at the heart, lifting blending and exhaling. Heart and mind are wedded in a spiritual union. Right hand remains stationary. Left hand can drop to your lap or remain at your heart, as you prefer, alternate nostril breathing, breathe in through both sides of your nose and exhale through both sides of your nose. Now close off your nostril with your thumb and breathe in the left side only. Close off with your fingers, lift up your thumb, Breathe out. Breathe and sing close off out other. Breathe and sing out other and insane at other insane at other. And same. Let your hand drop to your lap and breathe out both. Let's do two retained breaths, exhale all the air in your lungs. Now breathe in through your nose a full and complete breath rising to the top, pause and stretch and open around that retained breath and exhale, exhale, completely, inhale, a full and Complete Breath. Pause, stretch and open around the breath and exhale. Eyes open for a cleansing breath. Breathe in, exhale, three short puffs, again cleanse. Hands drop to your lap, eyes closed, one minor Yogi exercise, inhale, and as you breathe in your arms arc into a prayer pose above your head, I am whole and perfect, even as my mother, father, God is whole and perfect within me. And exhale as your arms drop down to your lap, you now notice the place to which the breath has carried you, and recognize your expanded light filled self, your body of light as a sphere all around you With a core of light that is more brilliant. And imagine this cocoon of light around you is becoming more and more brilliant, filled with light, a beautiful white light that somehow create contains all of the colors. So if you, as though you tilt your head just a little bit like a dog who's trying to listen for something, the light can change, and you could see other colors. It's a matter of perspective to recognize all of the light that is here, or just be content with the white light, this brilliant, beautiful light that is you, your Higher Self, your inner being, your guide, are here with you, also adding to that beautiful light, helping you learn to listen deeply for your inner Truth, your wisdom and the guidance of the high beings. The world is intelligent. All of creation contains intelligence, and that intelligence can inform us on our path through this world. It in deepens us. It gives us fresh new frequencies that we can add to our own complement to frequencies, very high, pure frequencies of light, and perhaps you can experience some of those frequencies now, perhaps as a felt sense of Energy rippling through taking up a pattern strands of light, movement. Perhaps there are no words, but there is experience. And as we have moved through these realms together, we have had all of these experiences that are real and true and valuable. We are pulling these beautiful frequencies from the higher octaves of light by our attention and our consciousness, and we are breathing them into our being, creating space, a kind of spaciousness you Yes, your breath, your breath practice, creates spaciousness within your energy bodies, even as it brings physical, mental and emotional bodies into harmony and alignment. When those bodies align, a kind of spaciousness ensued, an expanded, open, radiantness, radiance. And now turn your inner gaze outward and let your light expand so much that you are now in some new vicinity with fresh vistas. You can see so much farther, or experience it with a felt sense, or hear it the sounds, sacred sounds, geometries, all manner of inputs are available, and they are all just right for you in this moment, whatever they may be, I you have radiance. You are resonating with these higher octaves of light, and through that openness and willingness, the light pours through you and out into our world, and we are in this circle of meditators and breathers recognizing one another for the lighted beings that we are, we form a huge light together, amplifying each other's frequencies, borrowing from one another, completing ourselves on higher and higher levels. And when allowing the flow of that brilliant, beautiful, sparkling energy and light pour through us, we become the beacons, the lighthouses upon the shore. Others look to us and feel something different, recognizing you have put in the time and the work, the dedication to clear, to expand, to harmonize with these higher realms of light. You are the ones making it happen and looking out or feeling out into the cosmos through all of the other circles of lighted beings. We are many, many, many souls incarnate, not incarnate, filled with light and love and tenderness for this beautiful reality that we call Earth, that we call home. There is great expansion and capacity now there are beautiful patterns emerging all around us, and our one true light is. Our one true light brings the light to the world that is all around us. It never went anywhere. It's always been and always will be. I We are in the flow, and we have stabilized. We have created a kind of solidity in flow, where we abide. We Ah, now the pattern emerges, all of the many lights, the many, many lights, as far as we can see, there are lighted beings. There is the Holy Breath. There is the beauty. And everywhere we go, we are flinging open the doors and the windows and the pathways and the openings for anyone can turn toward the light in any millisecond shift. The balance to the sacredness of life, to the honor that it is to be incarnate human in this time for the work that we are upon and we are the Bringers of light. There have been many before us, and there will be many after us. Feel that stability that you have created you. Let it radiate from you, touching all corners of your personal world, your home, your family, your pets, all of the creatures around you, the land upon which You are standing or sitting. Let your light shine you now let yourself connect to the love that is the foundational principle of this world, the strongest force in all of the universe, a true force, power that is love. It is a transmission that is given to us, and we give it on to others, and then we become it, it being our key frequency. It is the fundamental organizing principle of this entire created world. It is the light that we are bringing forth all of the other beautiful, joyful, hopeful, harmonious frequencies and patterns connects us to each other. So turn your heart to this love frequency and let that just shine from you, freely. Give them openness, soft heartedness, compassion for others who are struggling in the darkness they may recognize the love and light that is the basis of this world that sets our hearts aflame. We're anointed, but just like the candle that shares its flame and does not go out, but continues to burn. The light is still there, even as it's shared. Be your radiant self, be the love that you are. Share freely. Breathe the love and light into your cells every day, every moment. Come now back to your breathing body, draw your attention back to all of your cells, and let that light fill each cell of the body, all of the energy patterns, the emotional patterns, the mental patterns, the flows of electrical energy that is the conversation of yourselves with each other, for you are world unto yourself. And with your sacred breathing practice and your light, you enliven your physical body. That seed of radiance is all through your entire being. Please know that my love goes with you, and I recognize the light of each and every one of you who has listened and joined in our practice of these many months and is my honor to have walked this path with you. I am deeply grateful for your support and kindness and love and care.
